When I purchased a new pre-owned vehicle from there, the sales person I dealt with was all nice & convincing about repurchasing a another car because I encountered an unfortunate situation with my previous vehicle that I purchased from them 5 years ago & there was some kind of misunderstanding about my warranty on my vehicle & they told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket over $10, 000 to fix which required a whole new engine according to the woman that is in charge of the mechanical part. My vehicle sat there for over a week without it being checked. I got a phone call from one of the workers that my vehicle would be done by the end of the week which was a Friday. I show up that Saturday to pick it up with the impression it would be fixed , only to be told they were still in the process of diagnosing my vehicle. I’m a working mom & not only have I been without a vehicle for 1 week. I never was offered a rental from them to help me get around. Instead I had to figure things out on my own. I thought that was very unprofessional of them inot thinking of the well being of their customer while the vehicle was being worked on. Although my vehicle was still in great condition and running it only have a shaking problem which I’m no mechanic so I can’t verify that it’s the truth. After all was said & done about my warranty even though my contract stated other wise. It all came down to me repurchasing another vehicle from them with an extended warranty. Before I finalized my decision I asked the sales person at the time which was Cory which by the way was the same person who helped me the first time five years ago. I asked home about the windshield being cracked. He said the would replace it which they did. I also asked about one of the passenger seat which was damaged along with a few scratches on the vehicle he said they would take care of it. After I purchased the vehicle everything is fine & the only things left was just the minor things that needed to be fixed. I would be given a day to come in to get the issue resolved & then it’ll be a problem where no one knows about my recent concerns regarding the vehicle. I then bring the vehicle back to get the issue fixed which I was advised by Cory to bring it in on a Friday. I did just that which was around 10 am & no one knows what I was there for nor they were told about the service that needed to be done. I then deal with another guy named Mike which he wasn’t aware of the situation so he gave me another day to come in because the service that was needed on the car could not be done on that day due to the rain. so he told me to bring it back another day to get the issues fixed. I then come in he totally tells me he doesn’t remember & another guy that was there at the time of the purchase named Anthony recognized me then asked me what was the issue & I showed him all of what needed to be fixed on the vehicle then gave me another date to come in another day. I came in on that day & he also forgot he had to get me a rental & said he couldn’t I got frustrated’ then he said oh yea I did say I can get you a vehicle for the couple of hours of the car getting worked on. It took a long time but he did come through. I left the vehicle that morning then I received a call from him later on that afternoon that the vehicle would be ready by 5:30. I said ok I’ll see you then. He then replied that he would not be there because he was leaving at 5pm. I told ok fine. I get there a little around 6 just to give them time if needed & the windshield was fixed but there was so much debris from the work they’ve done & when I handed them my vehicle it was very cleaned & just came from a car wash. My driver seat mat had boot foot prints on them. The passenger seat that was damaged was not fixed properly & was such a mess in the back of the seat & the scratches they said they would buff out & fixed was not done. So at that point I was very disappointed. There’s no more space for my grievance.

PURCHASED JEEP WRANGLER 10/2020, 2 DAYS AFTER EXHAUST SNAPPED OFF ON BELT PRKWY ALMOST HIT MEDIAN, COULD OF DIED, NO HELP WITH TOW, ARGUED WITH OVER THE RENTAL, MIND YOU THIS IS TWO DAYS AFTER LEAVING THE LOT. TRUCK WAS PURCHASED WITH DUAL EXHAUST, UPON PICKING CAR UP FROM DEALER THEY SWAPPED IT OUT WITH A FAULTY REPLACEMENT FROM THE JUNKYARD, I ENDED UP BRINGING IT TO A MEINEKE WHERE I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MUFFLER WAS FAULTY, AND USED AND SHOULD OF BEEN ISSUED, AFTER THE MANAGER CONTACTED THE LOCATION WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED HE FOUND THAT IT WASN'T EVEN DOCUMENTED IN THE SYSTEM, IN ADDITION TO THE MULTITUDE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, I WAS INFORMED BY A MANAGER THE DAY I PICKED UP THE CAR AFTER THE MUFFLER INSTALL THAT ALTHOUGH THE CAR WAS LISTED AS CERTIFIED PREOWNED, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY THREATENED ME WITH STORAGE FEES IF I DID NOT TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, I GUESS THEY FEEL THEY CAN TALK TO BLACK PEOPLE ANYWAY THEY WANT, AS IF THERE INTELLIGENCE IS SUPERIOR, YOU EVEN SEE IT IN HOW THEY BULLY THERE BLACK EMPLOYEES, SHORTLY AFTER I WAS FORCED TO TAKE THE CAR, THE TIRED ROD SNAPPED WHILE DRIVING 50MPH LUCKILY I WAS ON A STRAIGHT ROAD OR I WOULD OF AGAIN CRASHED AND RISK MY LIFE. I THEN I CONTACT THE CORPORATE CENTER AND HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD, I CONTACT JEEP CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN, THEY UPDATE MY NAME TO THE ACCOUNT, AND FROM THERE I WAS TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK, I DIDN'T SO I CALL AGAIN, THIS TIME I WAS CONNECTED TO PAULA AND I WAS PUT ON A 3 WAY CALL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, WHERE THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER BEGAN TO TELL ME MAYBE I WAS LOOKING AT A WATER STAMP SEEING THAT AS CERTIFIED, WHICH I ASSURED HIM WAS NOT THE CASE, I THEN TOLD HIM ABOUT A CUSTOMER PAUL WHO OWNED A GYM ACROSS THE STREET THAT REFEREED ME TO THE DEALERSHIP, INFORMING HIM IT WAS A BAD LOOK ON THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THEY EXHIBITED THROUGHOUT MY SALES PROCESS AND SHORTLY AFTER. HE THEN SAID HE WOULD WORK IT OUT AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A RANDOM SALES AGENT, I INFORM HIM THAT HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND ONLY MANAGEMENT COULD. HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR. NO CALL BACK FROM DEALER, AND WHEN I CHECKED MY EMAILS I SAW THAT THE NAME AND INFORMATION WAS CHANGED BACK TO THE OLD OWNER OF THE CAR, BY ACCIDENT I RECEIVED A SATISFACTION EMAIL WITH THE WRONG NAME. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS TO DEAL WITH THE DEALERSHIP, EVEN BEING TOLD THROUGH DEALERRATER THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED AND NEVER CALLED. MICHELLE WAS THE NAME OF THAT STAFF MEMBER. I PROMISE YOU THIS THOUGH. MY DOCUMENTATION GAME IS REAL, AND TODAY I CALLED JEEP AGAIN AND RECORDING THE CONVERSATION WHERE IT SHOWS A COVER UP. IN THAT SENSE I GUESS ILL SEEK LEGAL HELP TO RECTIFY THIS EGREGIOUS ATROCITY.

Dirty bait and switch practices, contacted sales rep on...
Dirty bait and switch practices, contacted sales rep on October 8th 2019, inquiring about 2013 CPO Jeep Wrangler. $31,500, finalized purchase based off Certified-Pre Owned status, customization and test drive. 5 days later while driving 55mph on the belt prkwy the muffler snaps off causing the vehicle to turn into the median almost crashing the vehicle. I was given a major issue and blamed for the damage. I informed them at this time it should be an issue the vehicle is certified pre owned. The manager informed me its not, i said you listed it as such, his response was there is nothing you can do. Moving forward they replaced it with a totally different system, causing performance issues and the check engine light to come on, about 15 days later while driving on a back road, the cars tire rod snaps and loses all control. This is the most disgusting and unethical dealership ive ever dealt with. They prayed on me because i was black with bad credit, with a disability and thought they could tell me whatever and not stand behind there marketing material and words. At this point legal action is the only route to combat this misleading and fraudulent business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU HAVE NO CHOSE DO ALL RESEARCH NO MATTER WHAT MARKETING MATERIAL SHOWS. Lastly and there is more, but i i want to add, i went to a meineke while traveling due to the muffler issue after there install, they actually installed an old muffler from the junk yard 6 days after purchase at a meineke in Hicksville, this company didnt even have a computer database nor paperwork to align with the meineke working on my car.

Horrible
Took me three weeks to get my new truck. And when i got the truck, it only came with one key. When i called the dealership i was told the key was lost. Now they want me to schedule and appointment to come from Brooklyn to Long Island on my expense so they can make me a new key.
