Overall one of the best car buying experience that we have had. Our sale person Blake was Extremely knowledgeable about the product and was not a high pressure sales person. He worked hard to get us to the payments we needed to be at. Once the deal was reach he had excellent communication skills. The finance Manager John had our paper work ready our vehicle was delivered in record time I highly recommend dealing with Blake as well buying a vehicle from Security Dodge.

When walking into a dealership you are always on guard, I felt very comfortable with the way I was treated and I wasn’t planning on buying anything but I did because of the way I was treated and the numbers were right.

Overall had a very good experience. Both Catherine and Mike V. Were very helpful and the made the process of buying a CPO 22 ram rebel very easy. Even when I had a small issue the day after buying the truck Mike V. Got me right into service and they fixed it in 20 minutes. My only complaint was that I was not told about the $900 fee for vehicle prep or whatever they call it up front and had to find out after test driving. But regardless of that It was a great experience. I was shopping around for a few weeks and has some terrible experiences. Buying a car from Dodge Amityville was a great experience. Even the insurance lady who works there is helping me switch my car insurance and savi g me like $1400 a year. Also one more thing I wanted to mention was that I was told their were two keys before signing my closing docs. In the end there was only 1. However, Mike V is working to help me get that second key as promised. Thanks guys!
