Alise Bitic was a great salesperson to deal with. She was direct and honest, which I very much appreciated. We worked quickly to get the deal I wanted and I left satisfied. The whole experience was quick and painless. I believe I was at the dealership a total of 2 1/2 hours, maybe less, between my initial visit and when I came back 2 days later to pick the truck up. Everyone there from the receptionist to the finance rep were very outgoing and friendly. This is the kind of dealership that makes you feel welcome and comfortable, and most importantly want to win your business!

Walking into the dealership I didn't know what I wanted, Gabby listened to what I like and don't like and guided me in the right direction to what I imagined was the jeep of my dreams. She was extremely helpful (I was not to easiest to deal with) guiding me through the entire process, as this was my first purchase of a new vehicle. The fact that she was there every step eased my mind and took a lot of the stress and pressure Out of this amazing experience.

The customer service & knowledge of cars at this dealership is SUPERB! This was my first car purchase & I was extremely nervous about everything and had a ton of questions. They not only answered all my questions but help me pick out the absolute most perfect car! I also couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to help me! She was AMAZINGGGGG! My rep Gabby was in extremely high and great & spirits which kept me in the same energy. She was so patient and understanding and explained everything to me from beginning to end. She knew all the answers to my questions & went out of her way to make sure I was happy. She even tied a bow on my car when I went to pick it up!!!! The manager Sunny who also assisted, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I left a happy customer. He & Gabby walked me through the entire process. The dealership even followed up after my purchase to make sure everything was OK with the car and that I was happy. Because of my career and since this was my first car, picking out the right one was so important! I'm also VERY hard to please. Lol However, they made it so easy and I haven't stopped raving about my experience or my vehicle since I left! The Jeep family at Security really makes you feel like family!
