We needed a vehicle fast due to my daughter totaling her

We needed a vehicle fast due to my daughter totaling her vehicle. They were able to get us a replacement vehicle quickly and within our price range. Great job!! Marcus Marelli was amazing.

I had such a great experience here!

I had such a great experience here! The team was incredibly friendly, and the finance department went above and beyond to get me an awesome monthly payment. I couldn’t be happier that I chose to buy my car here—highly recommend!

Marcus was very helpful in my experience.

We had an excellent experience buying our new cx-90 phev

We had an excellent experience buying our new cx-90 phev at this dealership! We met with all the Mazda dealers around slc and this team, was by far, the most knowledgeable and transparent about every line item we had questions about on the invoice and purchase agreement.

Disappointing

Definately NOT the dealership and NOT the service they used to offer. Very disappointing. I would purchase elsewhere and service elsewhere. They couldn't care less unless you are givivng them money currently.

Not Transparent

Watch out for these scammers purchased a new Cx5 For one price and once they turn you over to financing let the scam begin Hidden fees Just be sure too read the fine print before you sign Get it all on paper Don’t let them use the usb drive trick You cant see what there up too

Don't Trust Them

I bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 on 1/27/2023 for $4,000. The next day the check-engine light was on. I sent it out for repair. I paid $1,861.19 and drove it back on 2/8/2023. The next day the check-engine light was on again. I sent it out again for repair. Drove back on 2/16/2023 after paying $946.05. But the light went on again the next day. The last diagnosis told me the engine need to be replaced. The cost would be $8,629.99. They sold me a salvage car by definition! Don't trust them!

Caveat emptor

I tried to purchase a used vehicle at this dealership. I thought that we were very close to a deal and I sent an email to my salesperson to tell him that I was ready to buy the car immediately and that I was hoping to compromise a bit more before consummating the deal. I submitted a list of some items for consideration but it was IN NO WAY a list of demands. Sadly, the sales manager didn't even bother to read the email I sent yet when I called him, he berated me and barely let me speak without interrupting. Needless to say, it was a very unpleasant and disconcerting conversation due to the hostility that was directed at me. Despite the adversarial nature of my conversation with the sales manager, I called the GM to try to make the deal happen and he didn't even return my call. Frankly, it's hard to understand and even more difficult for me to accept. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY!

Great dealership!

Very friendly, concerned for what I need. Although I don’t live close they contact me through email with new deals and are always willing to help!
