Parts were ordered and then lost for months. It took multiple calls to be able to talk to someone. Messages left with people and voicemail didn't receive requested call backs. Once Tyler helped find the parts and we got an appointment scheduled, we were told while dropping off for the appointment that they didn't have time for us
