Efficient service

I brought in my Silverado for a recall and asked that you fix a rattle near the right side pillar. It appears to be fixed. I also asked a question about use of the key to unlock the door without setting off the horn and received a thorough explanation.

Great Service

The new drive-in bays are great. I had both of my vehicles in for maintenance and minor repairs. The work was done quickly, and possibly more important they worked with me on price and used everything they could to lower the cost of the work. Simply outstanding.

Great service

We were just there for a 30 day check up but everyone was very nice and professional and the car was ready when they said it would be.

Great service, great results

Scheduled an appointment to have a remote start installed on my 2014 Chev. 2500 Silverado. Service was exceptional. Your representative was very proffessional. The waiting area is very tastefully done . Respectfully L.Duane Riden

Great service, nice facility, courtesy rides

My engine light came on while driving to SAM's Club... immediately drove car to Stocker Chevrolet. They diagnosed the problem (sensor), reminded me that I needed an oil change... all work was done... courtesy rides back and forth to my home were greatly appreciated. I trust Stocker and have never been disappointed in the 15+ years of servicing our cars.

Yearly inspection and more

I always trust Stocker service department to service my vehicles. This time was no different. The only thing I can say is that I did need an oil change but did not tell them, it would have been to their advantage to ask if I needed any basic service other than the work that I had done and the state inspection. This is really on me for not asking for an oil change but it would have been to their benefit if they had asked.

Excellent Service

Easy to work with and a very quick turn around. Service advisor did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need which was a great thing!

awesome service and do the job right the 1st time

I had 3 recalls on my vehicle(2011 equinox) I called Stockers and told them what was going on with the recalls and that I had a day off work on 12/2/2013. I was told that I could bring my vehicle in at 8:00 a.m. 12/2/2013 to have it looked at. It was fixed with no questions asked....I had the proper paperwork for all of the recalls. I feel that the service department did an excellent, excellent job in repairing my vehicle in a timely manner. THE STOCKERS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AWESOME. THANK YOU AND I WOULD RECOMMEND STOCKERS TO ANYONE. I have never had a problem with Stockers,they always stand behind what they sell. Thank you so much for taking the time to do the job right right.

Stocker Chevrolet Customer Service

I only came in for a car inspection and oil change - but I needed two new sway bars, a tie rod end, two new tires, a headlight... A bunch of stuff! Stocker Chevrolet Customer Service made this as painless as possible. Thank you, Matt & All!!!
