We bought a school car, 2008 Ford Escape, for son. This is the second vehicle we've bought here. Easy, no hassle and good value. Buying used always has some risks. Day we went to get plates the front caliber break went bad along with the pad and rotor. Unfortunately we live 3 hours outside of Kearney. Midway stepped up again and offered to help with the cost even though not required. Another example of putting their customers first and their reputation.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. CODY IS A REAL NICE GUY . HE IS FROM HOLDREGE AND WE HAD AN MUTAL FRIEND. WE WENT FOR A DRIVE IN THE 2017 DODGE JOURNEY. I HAVE NOT PICKED UP MY JOURNEY YET BECAUSE THEY ARE COATING THE BOBY AND THE WINDSHIELD.

Traveling from California to Green Bay, Wisconsin on a schedule, our AC quit on us on an 88 degree day with four persons in the Dodge RAM 2500. Calling while under way, Midway Chrysler was the only repair facility who agreed to take a look at the problem as soon as we drove through Kearney making us aware that it could take a while to get the replacement parts for the repair and fix it. They found the problem, had the parts on hand and fixed it within a couple of hours under warranty. Just incredible friendly and caring people... Thank you very much!

A warranty issue arose with my tonneau cover for my 2016 Ram 1500, and they arranged a convenient way for me to get it addressed given mg many other prior commitments. In the process of making the repairs to the cover, they also addressed a recent recall notice on my cruise control. All was handled in less than an hour. Thanks guys and gals.
