Gallagher Ford

Spent hours playing phone tag after getting an internet quote, yes in writing. Only to be told 24 hours later that they won't sell to non resident. Low inventory was the reason given. Gallagher used to have character.

I was on my way to California from Colorado with kids and a 37 foot camper and my truck started to have some shifting issues I stopped by right after they opened, I explained what happened, and one of the managers of the service center came out to scan my truck to tell me what's wrong and advise me on what to do and that I could limp my truck to California, He did so because the techs wouldn't have come in until an hour later so the gentleman didn't have to help so quickly but he did and got me back on my way before my kids woke up. I'm grateful that it wasn't a major issue and I got there safely. if I ever need something I will be stopping back by.

Sarina Bohr was so helpful with all of our questions about the warranties for our research. We are planning a truck purchase later this year, and she didn't mind answering them anyway. Other dealerships were not willing to spend the time. Great experience!

Very rude service department. Would not look at our brand new truck under warranty since we did not buy from them. Will never do business with Gallagher Ford.

Sales team great. Finance team disrespectful mostly just their finance manager. The finance manager told me that he didn’t have to treat me with any respect and pretty much I was the xxxx of the earth.

Well, well, well, so my car was taking a crap on me and I decided to go to the Gallagher ford dealer in Elko Nevada once again and weigh my options. Lets start off by saying IZZY once again nailed it, he is such a great rep and seriously pays attention in what us as CUSTOMERS really want and NEED and ESPECIALLY at the PRICE WE CAN AFFORD. we set out a price range and honestly thought we would have to settle for a used car :( NOPE think again..... IZZY once again found us the right car at the right time for the right price, WE WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND IZZY TO ANYONE!!!!! He not only has a great personality and is funny BUT he makes time at the dealership pleasant not chaotic or pressured. WE love BOTH our NEW cars IZZY helped us get!! And honestly way better than a used one and for pretty much the same payment we was figuring on anyways. we bought a 2018 ford fusion and its super nice comfy and very roomy!!!! New color topped it off!!! Once again THANK YOU TO IZZY for matching and making what we need to our finances work!!! good job!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!

We went today to look into a newer car a more reliable car for sure, went to the lot and let me tell you I am one of those people that can not stand sales reps. we were looking around when approached by IZZY he was NOT your typical sales rep, he listened to what I had to say about exactly what we was looking for, the type of vehicle to what we wanted in the vehicle as well as warranties. He walked us over to the PERFECT car and it seriously had more than what we wanted for the same price range I was looking at. Not only did IZZY assist us in finding the car that we were looking for but he made the whole process very painless he was very courteous and attentive to our needs. got us a price we could afford and we now have the car we set out for and to boot drove it home the same day. I had a great experience with this dealership. Even though they had already sold the vehicle I was inquiring about, they were very helpful in my search. Without being pushy (which is not common), they showed me a few other options which they had and then even searched out a few more elsewhere for me as well.
