Leased a vehicle over this weekend at Schumacher Chevrolet of Clifton. Our salesperson, Sabir, was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and took care of everything. He helped make our leasing experience a pleasant one. The dealership Manager, Frank, was also a huge help in our leasing process. Thanks guys.

Purchased a new Tahoe on Monday August 21st.

Purchased a new Tahoe on Monday August 21st. Called September 6th to ask about my plates. The receptionist told me they didn't even have me in their system as buying a car. So clearly my plates and registration were not processed. Then spoke with Nolan (a manger) who gave me the typical sales run around. I explained that I'm leaving for two weeks and the temporary plate and registration would expire while I'm gone. He responded its not his fault I'll be away. No effort to correct there poor inefficiency. Just oh well there's nothing we can do. An over all disappointment and bad experience.

I'm sorry to say it went from bad to worse. They did manage to get my plates after I posted my previous review. However there manger Nolan continues to be belligerent. He called me and expressed that he "wished I would have given them a chance " I find it appalling that he didn't realize his actions caused the review to begin with. I said your behind the eight ball he copped an attitude and hung up on me. If any of my employees spoke to a customer in that manner it would be their last day. How Nolan is in a manger position says alot about their operation. Last car I buy from them!!!

Great service and experience.

Great experience. They were able to work with me on getting the car I really wanted even though I thought it would be out of reach. The process was quick and easy. Drove home with my car the same day. Lizandro was great to deal with.

Give me back my warranty refunds! It’s been 6 months since I traded in the car, you guys ghosted me and keep ignoring me, no response for my phone calls and emails! Inform that amateur slacking Joe who is always out of his office that he’s very unprofessional, after informing him that I traded in the car he told me he’ll get the refund for me, then 3 months later it didn’t arrive, turned out he didn’t cancel it and I was informed by the warranty company that my policy wasn’t canceled, I tried to contact him for nearly 6 months since, he never responded, he finally talked to me and informed me he didn’t know I traded in the car, so the policy isn’t canceled, then once again, ghosted me until now. Why is it so hard just to give me back my refunds? Also you guys sold me a defected car, engine light was on twice and put me in a difficult situation when I was 3000 miles away out of the state for work, when I got back you guys refused to fix the problem and telling me to come back when the engine light was on again, didn’t even want to look at the car 🤦‍♂️.

My Chevy ??

I really enjoy dealing with Chevrolet, because the place itself is very inviting pressure free. The sales men, and even their front desk personnel are very friendly, courteous, and very professional. The service department is the worst I’ve ever seen I will NEVER take my car there again for repairs. It’s all about the money with them they need a lot of work with customer relations.

Very long story short In a course of a month my 15 Tahoe was in and out of their service dept claiming they cant duplicate a issue i had and there was no codes... i had the truck scanned after each visit on my own and found codes that was related to my issue.. on the 3rd visit the dealership gifted me a loaner , no diagnostic fee , and no repair fee.. (2 lic plate bulbs 2 fog bulbs) but they returned my truck with a issue unrelated to its visit and will not confess to creating this new issue .. i advised the supervisor the issue and he instructed me to purchase the part and that will take care of the issue .. i knew that i shouldn't be purchasing anything but since it was inexpensive i proceeded ..After the install of the new part.. the problem continued ,which means its a bigger issue they dont want to get involved with.. because if it was a problem i arrived with initially they would have mentioned it in their diagnostic report..which they didnt .. I also have proof to the time and day on my report of no such related issue they caused.. I try for a week to contact the spvr and it wasn't until I threatened make a complaint with the BBB he returned my call.. 2months later I still have the issue and they have since stop cooperating with me
