Alright first off the sales manager Mike, responded to my wife’s email before the place even opened… and I’m not talking like 5 minutes before it opened I am talking like an hour plus probably closer to 2 hours. He was great you want to talk about how a car buying experience should be, this was the least amount of haste we have ever gone thru to buy a car. We live about 2 and a half hours away, and pretty much had the deal done on the Bronco before we even got there. Just sign some paper work and look over the vehicle. The sales man also took the time to set up the app for my wife and show her how to use it before closing. These, guys went above and beyond, which was a breathe of fresh air compared to what we have been dealing with trying to find a Bronco. On top of all that, this was the demo unit so technically used, and they didn’t jack the price way up on it like almost every other dealership on the face of the planet. Good honest stand up dudes up in here! The experience was so good, when I decide to get a new f150 I will happily Drive 2 hours north to deal with this dealership again. In short 10/10 would buy from again.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I found a new Mustang Mach-e and agreed to purchase at MSRP after discussing with both a salesperson and the manager, Mike Secules. After proceeding with the credit check and other paperwork, another manager called me to state that another customer was interested in the vehicle, so he would no longer honor the original quote, but instead would be adding a $2000 up-charge. I highly doubt the other customer exists and suspect that they are just trying to make a quick buck off me. Regardless, Buyer beware and steer clear of this dealership!

Couldn’t ask for better sales man then Jeff he didn’t push anything off on us to make a sale.We took our time he was so helpful and we got the car we wanted We had a lot of fun with jeff lol. It’s nice that you have such a great sale person there that is doing such a great job. Just want Ford to know your very lucky to have a outstanding sales person as Jeff price working for you thank you again Jeff I love my car.

Greeted with a friendly approach by Jeff price. We purchased a used dodge pickup that was advertised at a great price. The entire experience was amazing. The staff was great and made making a purchase pleasurable. I would recommend to anyone!

Walked in the door with work clothes on, was immediately welcomed by Jeffrey price. asked to check out a new super duty he handed me the keys and said let's go! It was very easy dealing with staff and Jeffrey! Most importantly to me is there was no BS they gave me a great price for my trade and I left with a new truck! Thanks again!!!

I found a used car. went down did the paperwork. there was a problem with the screen and they were going to send it to Subaru to be looked at. they were so nice and at that point I was very happy. was supposed to come Monday after it was fixed to pick it up. I drove 2 hrs and spend 3 hours there doing everything. a few hours later I get a call from the manager that they have sold it to someone else as is. I was told it was a deal and then they sold it to someone else then they called me a liar by saying that I hadn't agreed to buy it. we did the paperwork, what does that tell you. no honor, not trustworthy

Went to Independence Ford to buy a new F-150 After shopping around at other dealers and no other dealer being able to find or even try to help me find what I was looking for Independence Ford did the research and found the exact truck I needed and wanted. Israel my salesman was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He actually assisted me into getting a better truck for less money then the one I original thought I needed. All in all Independence Ford had lowest price and the most helpful sales staff in the area. Definitely will be sending my friends and family to them.

After a small fender bender in our driveway, we decided to get our body work done by Independence Ford because our insurance told us that was a place we could take it to. We called in February. They woman who answered asked if it'd be ok to schedule the work in MAY! We asked for something sooner and set a date of late April, which was ridiculous to wait that long. We took the car in and they told us this minor body work would be done in 2 days and that they'd call us to let us know when it'd be finished. We waited 3 days with no call. We called and they said we couldn't get it until Friday because they got "backed up". We waited until friday at 3pm...No phone call... We called and the woman said the body work is done but they do a complementary detailing of the inside and that was not finished. There was no way we could wait any longer so we just went and got it around 4:30. The body work was completed and looked normal, but they didn't detail it like they said and I'm sure that was built in to the price. Needless to say this place seems to neglect timely service and I never intend to go there again.
