Amazing

Corbin Trickett was my sales person, he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and made sure everything about the car was taken care of. Service was great, finance really helped too! Would recommend him and Greenwood to anyone looking for a new car! Thank you Greenwood staff for the great experience, will be returning in the future!

Great Experience!

If your looking for a new car call John Batcho! He was a huge help! My old vehicle had over 100k miles and suffered a catastrophic engine failure. In a short period of time before work John was able to get me into a new Equinox! Carla in financing was excellent and processed everything in a short period of time! I highly recommend John if your looking for a new car!

Search complete

I really appreciate the time, experience and knowledge of Tim Demain to help me locate the right vehicle and finally seal a deal. I literally have been searching for 3 months over the Eastern U.S. I’m not a tire kicker but, want the best deal for my hard earned money and I found that deal locally this time. Shout out of thanks also to Greg Faunda in finance to make a smooth transaction for my new lease including coverage on extra wear and tear. Will recommend to friends & family. Great experience

We recently purchased a prepared 2014 Chevy Sonic for our college age son. Our sales representative, Sean Franks, was fantastic. He took great interest in meeting our needs, followed through with satisfying our concerns, and arranged a fair deal.

Love my Buick!!

Dennis Sima was great! I was set to purchase & pick up my vehicle - all paperwork completed. The day I was to pick it up I changed my mine and wanted another vehicle. Dennis was very patient and said he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He had to have all the paperwork changed and didn't bat an eye! I would very much recommend him!

Sean Franks was great.

We came back to Greenwood because of service work performed over past years, which was great. Sean stepped in to help us as our regular salesman was on vacation.

excellent experience at this dealership !!

Sean Franks was very friendly, polite courteous and very professional during our visit and his paperwork to explain the deal was detailed and left no questions to any of the charges. The whole process of leasing 2 vehicles went very quickly and effortlessly. I would highly recommend Sean Franks and Greenwood Chevy to all my friends and family......a job well done !!!

Extremely disappointed

I loved Greenwood until last week. I had a great experience with Pete in the sales department. He is wonderful. However the service department really has much to improve on. I had my oil changed and “tires rotated”. That took two hours. It was taking so long that I decided to wait outside and see what was going on. I saw my car with a man singing and goofing off around it. He wasn’t even working on my car just goofing off around it! I immediately felt uneasy. I thought, I really hope that guy isn’t working on my car. Low and behold he was. After two hours I got my car back. The following night I had to drive to Pittsburgh. During the trip I heard a strange noise and vibration coming from my front left tire. I pulled over and realized 4 lug nuts were loose. I could not believe it. Thankfully a kind stranger was around to help me out. I called Greenwood the next day to report this. The manager Sean has not called me back. Extremely disappointing. I will not be going back to Greenwood again. Terrible service. Also, I went to a car service shop and they told me none of the lug nuts were torqued. Very sad and extremely dangerous.
