I took my car in for a leaky hose on 2/12/2018. It took 2 weeks for the hose to come in and complete the repair on 2/26/2018. I had to call to check on the status every couple of days, they did not reach out to me. They then charge me two hours of labor for a 15-20 minute repair, the hose was easily accessible and was on the top of the engine.

If you go to Greenwood you have to ask for Nick Amandula. Sales professional, knowledgeable, friendly,helpful and honest. Not your typical pushy salesman.
