Our sales rep (Lucas) went out of his way to keep us informed of our special order Jeep. Upon its arrival he called us so we could make our arrangements fo delivery. He is the best sales rep we have ever had. Very professional and attentive to our desires from ordering through delivery. One minor flaw with the prep team - the windshield washer tank was almost empty. Checking things over when I arri ed home, I had to add 3/4 gallon of washer liquid. Other than that, the purchase process was good. I would highly recommend Lucas as their sales person when purchasing a new vehicle at Cowboy Dodge Jeep.

Kenzor was amazing. I came to Cowboy Dodge after having a lackluster experience at another dealership. I had found a vehicle on their website and set up a meeting with Kinzor for this morning. He met me at the door and immediately made me feel comfortable. Within a short period of time we were test driving the vehicle I was interested in (I was never even allowed to test drive anything at the other dealership) and getting the deal lined up. Kinzor did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress and made sure everything was taken care of.
