I recently had my 2022 Silverado in for and oil change

I recently had my 2022 Silverado in for and oil change and alignment. I also needed to replace a smart key that had been lost. The experience from booking the appointment to picking up the vehicle was exceptional! Prices were fair for the professional service. Josh Erspamer has been my Go-to Service Advisor for many years because he is prompt at keeping me informed of progress and only recommending services that I need to keep the vehicle in top shape without trying to upsell. The H&H Service Department upholds the values of integrity and customer service that are the core of the Hinchcliff family. Josh Erspamer always upholds these values. He is knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. Thanks for another great experience! Pat Schuster

My last two service appts have been with Josh Pfaff and Crystal Pickens. Josh and Crystal are phenomenal! They are both very professional, and SO prompt and thorough with communicating with me about my vehicle's status throughout the process. I never had to call them about how the work was coming along, they kept me in the loop the entire time. The work was done, it was high quality, and at a very reasonable price. Handling the warranty claims was so streamline. Hats off to Crystal, Josh, and the whole crew at H&H! That's what keeps me going back!

Tyson was amazing.

Tyson was amazing. He is one of the sole reasons we bought from there. Honest and polite upfront and Andy was amazing as well. But Tyson also sat there with 3 of our kids while we were in the finance office and even stayed almost 2 hours past closing with us

The whole truck buying process was excellent, went

The whole truck buying process was excellent, went without any issues. Nick was very helpful on Friday when I came down to H&H Chevy by answering all my questions about the process and features of the new Silverado. He even made sure I didn’t forget anything in my trade as he checked it a couple of times. Adam was very helpful on Thursday with the approval application and letting me know about my trade. Tyler with the finance team explained everything in detail and worked with me on some minor issues before agreeing on the price. I even want to mention that other sales associates not even working with me we’re very friendly making sure I was doing Ok or if I need anything when waiting for Nick to finish his duties getting things ready. You have a great team at H&H Chevy.

Our recent warranty/recall service work at H&H was

Our recent warranty/recall service work at H&H was facilitated thru advisor Joshua Erspamer, and was completed quickly and efficiently, way faster than expected. I told him we would need to have our 2024 Traverse back by a specific timeframe as we needed it for our imminent vacation travel, and Josh managed to get the shop crew to prioritize our need. He was very supportive/friendly and also provided good advice regarding potential future needs. We were also provided with a new Chevy rental vehicle during the interim timeframe that met our temporary needs.

We'd like to apologize for the pricing errors. It was a data integrity issue caused by a vendor partner and was quickly repaired. Thank you for understanding that late model preowned vehicles normally priced above $30,000 would not be listed at $4,000.

When it comes to this dealership the sales and finance

When it comes to this dealership the sales and finance department is great. When it comes to follow up customer service and especially the service department this is the worst I have ever heard of or got the horrible experience of dealing with. The service adviser and rental agents are great and go above and beyond. However the are handcuffed by absolute garbage leadership and managers. I bought my brand new 24’ 2500HD from them and loved the pickup. Handled my warranty work well but with only 5,800 miles on it scheduled the first oils change and added some accessories. When I received the pickup back it was in the worst condition possible. The wrong accessory was installed, they spilled DEF down the entire side of the truck and left the puddle in the side box step. There was oil splattered down the passenger side rear door, on a white pickup mind you. And the worst they scratched the side of the box. Now the corrected the box and got the correct mud flaps installed while picking up my pickup form out of town and returning it. Ended up going to the body shop to have the box repainted to fix the scratch. When I contacted the service manager, Don, he had few words and only advised they would fill it up. My service advisor Crystal was fantastic and just the middle man stuck in the middle of a horrible situation. After 5 days in a non diesel loaner they returned my pickup to me with everything corrected. However I was very disappointed with the bill I received in the end and was advised it was the best they could do due to the cost of fixing the scratch that THEY CAUSED! They did give a small discount but after putting many miles on the pickup going to and from the dealership, the headache of being without my heavy duty diesel pickup, and having to delay my vacation due to not being able to tow my large camper with the loaner provided. I jumped through hoops to try and accommodate getting things corrected but in the end am very disappointed with the service and bill in the end. I have told others to purchase through this dealership but after this experience have changed my view. Do not go to this dealership because when it comes to it, once you sign the purchase paperwork they could give two craps less how you or the vehicle are treated afterwards. To my friends who I advised to go here I apologize and pray you don’t have to go through what I have. To those looking DO NOT go to HandH!! Go anywhere but here. I may still have benefits left but I will never set foot in this dealership again. Ever ever again. I hope the overall manager sees this and contacts me for further information because I would love to lay it all out even more than this review.

Everything thing was perfect.

Everything thing was perfect. I was greeted immediately and the work was completed in a timely manner. The only thing missing is I did not get a copy of my bill emailed to me.
