... well, not *his* Soul, but it was *a* Soul. And now it's mine. The customer service at H&H Kia is remarkable. Every single person I talked to gave me superb service. On the one hand, perhaps you should expect it, given their business. But I have not often seen it taken to this level. At one point, their restroom had a problem and was closed. It wasn't a big deal to me; I could certainly hold it. But I didn't have to, because they made a point to find another, come get me, and let me know. They put a priority on my comfort, even in the little things. I am happy to say that I can whole heartedly recommend H&H Kia generally and Dave Holmes especially. You won't be disappointed.

Very good about telling me what I can get for financing plus up front about putting me in a car that I asked for. I will be a return customer. I did not like coming to a dealership, in fact I had my husband come in and do everything including the paperwork then I came in after to sign my part. Dave had the paperwork ready for me and I was there a few short minutes, it was great. since then I messed up the paint on the back bumper. I didn't know what to do so I called Dave and he helped me get everything taken care of. He gave me a whole new outlook on a car dealer.
