Good Service

Great experience for a newbie

Herb did an amazing job of getting me the car I wanted at a fair price. The staff overall is incredibly helpful and never pushy. As a first time car buyer, I needed help for the whole process and Herb did a great job of giving me the facts, and making sure I was on track the whole way. I'm going to encourage everyone I know in the market to buy a car to make the trip to H&H.

Dave Holmes Sold Me His Soul

... well, not *his* Soul, but it was *a* Soul. And now it's mine. The customer service at H&H Kia is remarkable. Every single person I talked to gave me superb service. On the one hand, perhaps you should expect it, given their business. But I have not often seen it taken to this level. At one point, their restroom had a problem and was closed. It wasn't a big deal to me; I could certainly hold it. But I didn't have to, because they made a point to find another, come get me, and let me know. They put a priority on my comfort, even in the little things. I am happy to say that I can whole heartedly recommend H&H Kia generally and Dave Holmes especially. You won't be disappointed.

got a new car

i have just purchased a vehicle w H & H Kia that fits my d budget and will help me get back on track with my credit Kris Mortenson was very up front with what I could expect from leasing vs buying. Very good about telling me what I can get for financing plus up front about putting me in a car that I asked for. I will be a return customer. Probably the first stress free dealership I have been too. I truly appreciate the honesty and the patience that they had with me. Plus getting me qualfied unbelieveable thank you Blake. Never thought this would happen. I greatly appreciate the hard work going into his venture. thanks Kris Deb Lawler

Dave Holmes is the Best !!!!

I did not like coming to a dealership, in fact I had my husband come in and do everything including the paperwork then I came in after to sign my part. Dave had the paperwork ready for me and I was there a few short minutes, it was great. since then I messed up the paint on the back bumper. I didn't know what to do so I called Dave and he helped me get everything taken care of. He gave me a whole new outlook on a car dealer. H&H Kia and Dave Holmes will take care of you even after you buy the car.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made this experience very pleasant. The process of this purchase was made very easy from the time of my first telephone call to the dealership as I live 3 hours away.
