No haggling

We enjoyed coming into the dealership and not feel like we had to play a numbers game. We did not feel pressured to purchase extras but also felt informed enough to make our own decisions. We felt very well taken care of rather than taken advantage of.

A Great Experiance

I'd like to thank your service department employee Cory Ullman for his friendliness and helpfulness... He made the experience of my troubled Altima into a easy experience. He made my appointment at my convenience, he checked all recalls pertaining to my car, he checked if repairs might be covered under warranties, and he called when he said he would the next day. We have two Nissans in our household, and I will be sure to call Cory the next time the need arises. Thanks again to all your service department for there good work. Richard Donlon

Dropped the ball

I started off with Mike Becker and he was very helpful but busy. I was then handed over to John Spearry and he was distract and seemed anxious to pass me along and kept stepping away to use his phone. I left. I will go to Ganley next time.

Service dept was very helpful and accommodating.

This dealership has always been friendly and easy to work with. The service department has always gotten me in quickly and I have had the car returned to me quickly as well.

Pleasant,professional and quick
