Jim McConville is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I, have been leasing new cars direclty through him for over 3 years and will not use any one else. Jim always goes above and beyond every time we work with him. He has come in on his day off 2 times now to make sure he is the one that sends us home with our new car. Jim is always thoughtful, polite, patient, and honest. Jim made our process so easy by doing most things through email and text. Our only issue was pricing this year due to the pandemic. There were no incentives and even 3k down payment still got us nowhere near where I wanted the price. That was no fault of Jim or other staff, however, Kia is making it hard for people to afford cars right now. We hope things will be better in 3 years when I upgrade to a new Kia. If you are thinking of buying or leasing a new car please go see Jim! He is the absolute best at what he does and actually cares about the customer!!!

This is a great dealership. I have leased several vehicles from them throughout the years. My sales agent Jon O’Dee is just a gem. He is very friendly and down to earth. As a woman walking into a dealership by myself, I have never once felt pressured of like I was being taken advantage of. He really listens to you as to what type of vehicle you are looking for and the price range you would like and helps you make that a reality.

Russ was so fun to work with! As soon as my husband and I walked in he greeted us and started going over what we were in for. He was so honest with us and even though we couldn’t get into what we initially wanted due to cost, we ended up in something better! Everyone we worked with was so amazing, and I would definitely recommend Halleen Kia for friends and family! My husband is so happy with his car and though I am still waiting in mine I can’t wait for it to come in!
