I traded in my 2017 Kia Soul for a new 2022 Soul. The current lack of inventory everywhere required me to order and wait for the car to come in. Arnaldo kept me up to date on the expected delivery date and never hesitated to answer my myriad of questions. The car arrived on the day expected, and finalizing things went smoothly. This is my 3rd Kia Soul (and my family's 4th!) Halleen has always treated me fairly and kept me informed about my vehicles. I would recommend Halleen to anyone in the Cleveland area.

I purchased a Niro PHEV. Martial was great — knew a ton about the car, spent a lot of time answering questions, and didn't pressure us into purchasing anything we didn't want to. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a car. After purchasing the car, Oleg really tried pressuring us into extended warranties, which I didn't appreciate. He kept emphasizing that the car will break and we're going to have to spend a lot of money to fix it — which isn't the thing you want to hear right after writing a check for a brand new car, that comes with a standard warranty. I had to say no multiple times before he would let it go.

Martial made my car buying process pain free; he’s a friendly guy with great customer service skills. I was able to order the exact car that I wanted via text, and secured the financing without ever having to set foot inside the dealership. On the day I took ownership, I just had to sign the final contact papers and was out the door in 30min.
