Halleen Kia offer one of the best experiences in buying a car that I have experienced. Michael was knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend Halleen Kia to anyone looking for an automobile.

I went into Haleen last March to look at the Telluride. I dealt with Michael. I was 22 months out on my lease. He told me it would be over 900 to get into aTelluride EX, and he crumpled up the paperwork before I could say a word... like I couldn’t afford it. I do agree that was quite high for a Telluride, but the way in was treated, I was insulted....walked out. I contacted Haleen again last month, now 11 months until my lease ended. I dealt with Lori, and a year later, I was given over an $800 payment....I asked to drop to the S model, and was told I would still be upper $700, low $800, and I chose to no longer deal with them. I was able to get a new Telluride S from Preston Kia for under $700, no money down. Haleen almost ruined my switch from GM (20 years) to Kia. Another dealer did exactly what I wanted, and Haleen doesn’t even try. Never ever going back to Haleen.

Although it seemed that we were there all day everyone at the dealership was very helpful and treated us well. The process was simple and excited to be a first time Kia owner.

So I typically don’t write reviews but I felt so strongly about my wonderful experience I had to share. Arnaldo was absolute professional and he knew his product well. Once we saw the car in person and actually went on a test drive, we were in love with the Telluride. Arnaldo was so helpful in guiding us to the correct vehicle trim package and we ended up placing a custom order! The vehicle was delivered much sooner than expect and came in absolute perfect condition. The final financing portion of the deal with Matt was a pleasurable experience and he was so helpful with the extra options we wanted to purchase. Great job to both gentlemen!

Ryan was personable. He kept me updated. When the headlight was completed, he notified of some other issues that may need looked at and explained all that was looked at.
