After visiting a couple of other Kia dealerships throughout the Cleveland area, I chose to work with Halleen. Brian Stang stood out because of his desire to help. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome, answered many questions and went over many vehicle configurations until my desires met what I could spend. He did an excellent job of building a rapport, staying in touch and keeping me informed during every step of the ordering and delivery process. When I picked up my vehicle, Jay Vicario (Finance guy) was also very friendly and personable. He took the time to answer and clarify my questions and concerns. I would recommend Brian and Jay Vicario to anyone looking to purchase a Kia.

My elderly parents needed a new vehicle ASAP! They were in a 2010 Ford Escape with over 73,000 miles. The battery had died and a few other issues with the car were soon to follow! I contacted Josh Gulachek (on his off day, I might add) I explained to him the situation. Josh did not hesitate to set my parents up an appointment immediately with him. He even came in an hour or so early to accommodate us! Once there Josh went above and beyond to provide my parents with the best car deal possible. He was patient, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. After my parents narrowed down the type of Kia Soul they wanted, Josh turned them over to Jay Vicario in the Finance Dept. Jay also did not disappoint!
