I was looking for a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and began talking with salesman Kurt Lassman. He has been in the business for a long time and was exceptionally knowledgable about the process. I appreciated that they didn't try to "steal" my trade in from me. I visited a few other dealerships in the QC area that gave me offers lower than trade in value, but Turpins was fair right from the start, and ultimately, with Kurt's temperament and the trade offer, they won my business. I've know Kurt Lassman for a long time. He has been in the business over 20 years. Kurt went over all the paperwork with me; in fact he did it a lot of times as I have MS and I have trouble remembering this. He was nicely dressed with an upbeat attitude,. He told me about the car, showed me what was what. He let me and my parents go for a test drive and told us we could take the car without him. I'm handicapped and require handicap plates. Kurt did not rush us, and be pushy; like when you go into a car lot it seems like everyone surrounds you. Kurt told me if I didn't like the KIA, that he would help me find a different vehicle. Turpins is so lucky to have Kurt. I had asked about oil change and touch up on the car and he did it without any trouble. I will tell all my friends if they look at Turpins to please ask for Kurt!!!
