Since I am from another state they took time to find out the differences between Illinois where I bought the car and Iowa where the car is being licensed and taxed. I was very appreciative that they took care of that.

Purchase of new car. Excellent staff
Raul tried to work with my parameters and my work schedule. He was an excellent listener and very knowledgeable about his job. I will recommend him and also consult with him in the future. I don't want to be pushed for a quick answer however I want options based on my preference and cost. The experience with Raul was exactly how I like to be treated. Good deal
We are very pleased with our buying experience at Schimmer Chevrolet in Mendota, IL. We drove over 70 miles to work with Sales Consultant Raul Diaz Jr. who helped me and my family find a new 2015 Suburban LT. We needed a big vehicle to accommodate my large family (4 young kids and one on the way). We wanted seating for 8 passengers. Raul found us the Suburban with a second row bench seat which will accommodate multiple child car seats. Next, we had two older vehicles to trade for the 2015 Suburban. Sales Manager Nick Organ helped make the deal work for us. Raul and Nick gave us top dollar for our trade-in vehicles and a great price on the new Suburban. We highly recommend Schimmer Chevrolet in Mendota, IL for any vehicle purchase.

The Schimmer people were excellent to deal with. They were courteous, low pressure and professional. Plus, they arranged great financing at the dealership. My used vehicle looks like brand new!!! An excellent buying experience.
