They sold us a lemon 2022 F350, 37,000 miles 24 hours

They sold us a lemon 2022 F350, 37,000 miles 24 hours after purchase Engine light came on. Vehicle had to be parked, DEF code prevented us from driving. Dealer informed us that vehicle was serviced prior to sale. I think everyone knows that engine light doesn't just appear after 24hrs off the lot. They knew about the problem. Masked it; to sell and now it's our problem. I thought that only happened with shady used car dealers. I was wrong. Dealer recommended that we use Ford Roadside (to tow to their location) it would not cover tow over 100 miles, which is what's needed. I asked for dealer to tow it - answer, they don't have a tow truck. In the end they will NOT PAY for towing. They told us to DRIVE THIS NON-DRIVABLE VEHICLE the 150 miles to their location but - drive under 50MPH. I wonder if same mechanic who cleared it will be now fixing it. That would just add to the dismal performance of this dealership. We purchased this heavy-duty truck to expand our business. Paid for LLC, website, marketing. Every day it's not drivable is money out our pockets. In addition, we must pay for registration and taxes on our own, Paul Heuring Ford does not accommodate out of state buyers (Illinois). I want to scream and cry at the same time.

Paul Heuring is the best dealership in the area.

Paul Heuring is the best dealership in the area. I have bought 2 cars in the last 2 years from them and will not go anywhere else. Everyone in there greets you with a smile and makes time to help you even when they have a showroom full of customers. Darko went out of his way to locate me I wanted and got it shipped over fast. He was even out there washing it himself on a Saturday to make sure I had it for the weekend! Honestly, I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and the people I purchased it from.

Paul Heuring is the best dealership in the area. I have bought 2 cars in the last 2 years from them and will not go anywhere else. Staff exceptionally friendly.

Staff exceptionally friendly. Did not dictate my test drive, gave me the keys and said see you when you get back. Negotiations did not full pushy, there was good back and forth to come to a deal I was happy with. If not for me living in a different state I would make them my dealership of choice.

I have been a customer of Paul Heuring Motors for 40 years. My family has purchased several vehicles from Paul Heuring dating back to the 1970s. My vehicle was in the service department last week, and Julie was wonderful. She explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle and the repair was done quickly.

Great experience working with Chris, Bruce, and the team. I bought another truck and couldn't be happier with the experience. They were patient addressing any question I had and thorough in their responses. Made me feel like what I wanted and needed mattered and it was more about me than making a sale.
