Eric was beyond helpful, answered all questions honestly and quickly, and even brought the vehicle directly to me to test drive overnight! Checked in after the sale and remembered little conversation details to truly make it feel personable and less like just a business deal. Love my new Explorer and was the best car buying experience I’ve had!
