They do a wonderful job at Dahl. They pick up my car from my work, Doug gives me a call to tell me what they did and if anything needs to be looked at in the near future, I can pay online, and they bring my car back to me.

I had my 2020 Fusion in for its 10k mile service. Everything was handled in a friendly and timely manner, as always. They even made sure my Sync Navigation was up to date as I wasn't sure if the update I got from Ford had actually gotten installed properly using the onboard download system (it had). Excellent experience, as always.

I felt no pressure throughout the process and everything went very smooth when I came back the following day to make the purchase. Terry in the finance department was very helpful and explained the documents in the detail I was hoping for. Overall my Dahl Ford experience was very good, I recommend them to everyone.
