Jeremy in the Collision Center took excellent and exceptional care of my mother's car. She had a medical episode while driving and had damage in multiple areas of her car. My key fob stopped working and could not start my car. Called Dahl and they gave me an 800 number to call. Tow truck took my car in to the service department. Key fob is working again. Very helpful and very friendly.

As a long time Toyota owner, I was at first skeptical of even looking into a Ford. Once at the dealership I quickly realized the environment at Dahl Ford was much different than your typical dealership. Nothing felt pressured and the staff made you feel at home. I primarily worked with Knight. Dealing with him made this whole process go smoothly. He knew he had his work cut out for him, but he listened to everything I was saying I would like out of vehicle. He was excellent at answering any questions I had, and made it his goal to make sure we could find exactly what I was looking for. Beyond any doubt he was working for the customer. That is something you do not find much at car dealerships. I also appreciate Dahl will let you take the vehicle for the day to really give you time to sit and think on it, not to just sell you a car and rush you out the door. After owning a Toyota for 10 years, I walked out of Dahl with a Ford. I can not be anymore happy with not only for the vehicle it’s self, but with the service and experience Knight and the other staff at Dahl Ford provided. The service team came to my rescue Saturday late when I came in with a low tire. Then my battery died before I could leave and they gave me a new battery. I was grateful I was at the dealership when this happened. I can always count on Dahl Ford to help me. I had a service appointment on Tuesday and because of the long list of service items needed I got a ride home and a ride back at the end of the day. Now my car is in good shape thanks to Dahl Ford. I appreciate them working late to service my car.
