Dahl Ford Davenport

I wanted to experience the "Dahl Difference" and was pleasantly surprised that it did not disappoint. I went in looking for a new car as mine after 20 years decided it was done. I can't complain about that car but I was concerned with new cars not living up to the quality of that car. I spoke to Tom Hennenfent and explained what I needed and wanted from my next vehicle. He listened, let me test drive vehicles that I thought I might want. He stood up for me and asked his superiors (Dave O' Brien) if I could test one of the vehicles for the night which made all the difference. It was an SUV which I thought I wanted but realized it wasn't for me. Tom reminded me of the other vehicles I test drove, reminded me of the drawbacks and perks of each one and he allowed me to decide which one I wanted. I am a sales person myself and I loathe pushy tactics and there was nothing pushy about Tom and I really appreciated that. I also came in with a monthly payment I wanted to be at and Tom worked with the number guys and made that payment a reality. I can't express how happy my dog and I are with the vehicle I purchased and want to recommend Dahl and Tom to everyone I know who's looking for a new or used vehicle. There is a Dahl difference heightened by the Tom experience. I never know why there aren't more stars but all the stars rating from me. Keep up the excellent work!

I needed to get my truck in for a recall. I am spending the week with my young grandkids. The dealership was great about dropping us all off at my wife's work location so that I could pick up our car. They completed the work quickly and everything went great. The service department is really great at Dahl Ford.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Done in 45 minutes. Everything went well. Best part, I have the total paid maintenance. I forgot i had that and it was a total surprise.

Nice set up and Great staff. Nice customer touch points with text messages along the way. Will definitely be back. Sanitizing post card was a comfort. Great to know what was cleaned.
