I really enjoyed working with James, he was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a great car buying experience. I would recommend James to anyone looking to buy a new car. I would definitely go back to see him again when I look to buy my next car.

I have yet again been truly impressed with everything from Javier's superior sales skills and able to negotiate everything that I asked for to Terry Nelson taking complete care of all aspects of the financing world and completely explaining everything to the level that I could completely understand. To Dan Wick i would have to say the best service manager that I have ever delt with. His attention to detail far surpasses anyone out there today. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Dahl Ford thru Allan. Both times have been very pleasant. Everyone a the dealership makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you walk into the dealership. They listen to what yo are after. They quickly provide a good figure for the trade in and work to provide a competitive price for the vehicle. This last vehicle we purchased was a 2015 Ford Explorer. We stopped in briefly on a Saturday morning. Looked at a couple of Explorers. Allan E-mail information to us by the end of the day. On Monday, I called him on the information and confirmed the deal. Picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. Very pleasant buying experience,

Lisa does a great job of knowing her customers. I have purchased 2 cars from her and liked the customer service both times. Dan in the shop is my hero. He kept my old car on the road. I never felt pressured or uninformed. "This is my 5th car experience with Dahl and I have no intention of ever going anywhere else. Thanks Dahl family for the great service time and time again.

This is our 2nd Ford purchase, both at Dahl. James Drummond helped us find the perfect vehicle and provided a no pressure atmosphere. He was very accommodating and worked around our schedules. If we need another vehicle we will come back to James and Dahl Ford.

Our family has purchased our last few cars (1 new, 2 used, and 1 leased) from Dahl Ford. We plan to continue using Dahl for all of our car needs. The business has been family owned for several generations because of their trust worthy product and customer service. In our last experience, we bought an "as is" car and noticed that there were a few things that we felt should have completed before we took possession of the vehicle. We voiced our concerns and they were taken care of right away with no questions asked--even though it was on a chaotic Black Friday after Thanksgiving. The things were just overlooked, which we know happens sometimes, but Dahl Ford backed their product and demonstrated what our business meant to them. We would highly recommend Jim "ike" Isaacson. It's clear to see that he is a very busy figure at Dahl, but never too busy to take a call on his business line or cell phone. He also met with us about 4 times throughout the process. Even just for repairs or oil changes, we really like Dan Wich in the service department. While our car was being serviced, they went so far as to get us a loaner. KV III is a very approachable and nice manager. It is always a pleasure to see him out and about in the community and he always makes sure that we still love our vehicle(s).

Thanks again, Tom, for helping us find our new Edge. We enjoyed our time looking through the inventory Dahl. Low-pressure yet informed salesmen are always a joy to work with. Being our second purchase from Dahl Ford, we are sure to be back for number three and four in the next few years.

I was Referred to Jim from a friend of the family and from the beginning Jim was more than helpful. He was willing to show any and all of the vehicles that I was looking for and was very patient with me and willing to share his knowledge on the vehicles. I walked in and was out with a new vehicle in about 4 hours which was good for me as I am not a patient person. Travis along with the entire staff at Dahl Ford made my first car buying experience very enjoyable. They were very friendly and had a helpful answer to all of my questions. I am very young and didn't have much credit experience but he still treated me as a serious buyer which many other dealerships did not, and he did everything he could to get my loan approved and into the car I wanted!
