I have had excellent service and I always look for Jalen

I have had excellent service and I always look for Jalen to be my service rep. He explains things to me and tells me what has to be done and what can wait. Being a 76 yr old woman who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate his help. As far as I’m concerned he is the best.

Extremely POOR service department.

Extremely POOR service department. They ignore issues that vehicles are specifically sent there for and deliver the vehicle back to their customer not completed. Truck came back with the same service vehicle message it left with. What dealership service sends vehicles back to their customers with the vehicle service lights all still on and issues not addressed? They can explain this to Ford Motor Company when this drivetrain that they ignored completely fails. I will be filing a formal complaint with Ford Motor Company on this dealership. Definitely will never do business with this terrible chop shop again. This issue was blatantly ignored by this so called service department and sent back unresolved. A "Ford F-150 powertrain malfunction" indicates a serious issue with the vehicle's engine, transmission, or other related components, often causing reduced power or the inability to drive. Common causes include faults with the electronic throttle control, malfunctioning sensors, wiring issues, problems with the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), or, for hybrid and electric models, issues with the high-voltage battery or gearshift module. It's crucial to have the vehicle diagnosed by a professional to identify the specific cause and prevent further damage or unsafe driving conditions.

Leased a Ford Bronco Sport.

Leased a Ford Bronco Sport. Love the vehicle. However, was the worst car buying experience I've had. Don't believe it's a reflection of the dealership as a whole, I think I was just unlucky to draw a specific dealer that didn't know what she was doing. I spent 3 weeks after the purchase figuring out why Ford didn't secure the buyout of my lease turn in loan. She did the paperwork wrong regarding the number of payments left on the loan which kept me involved in the process. She was not helpful at all in fixing the problem. There are a lot of good reviews for many of their dealers. Melissa does not receive one of those good reviews.
