JJ did a fantiastoc job.

JJ did a fantiastoc job. He was professional and was able to get me out in a New K4 quickly, with a low payment. If you need a car I would recommend Kia. Ask for JJ he will take great care of you.

We brought our 2020 KIA Soul in to evaluate a noise that

We brought our 2020 KIA Soul in to evaluate a noise that occurred when the vehicle was moving and making a right turn. The car had to be kept for additional evaluation for a few days during which time certain parts were replaced. The dealership contacted us numerous times for updates while the car was in their care but ultimately the source of the noise could not be found. The Service Manager assured me that the car would be safe to drive and to return if I noticed the noise becoming louder or more frequent. We were impressed with all the personnel that we met and want to call out especially Advisors Micah Norman and James Snyder as well as the Service Manager, Joe Kreuz. Good job!

I love Taylor Kia!

I love Taylor Kia!!! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2020 and they’ve always treated me great! Ask to speak to Chris Molnar!!! He’s amazing and his assistant Arin as well was very helpful 😊. Happy Customer, greatest deals you’ll get in Toledo I was surprised how many deals they had to offer especially with our economy going through inflation. I’m happy with my purchase 🥰

Buy from Dave White instead.

Buy from Dave White instead. Taylor KIA sold me a recalled vehicle then refused to honor the recall. Now less than 100,000 miles and motor is blown. It sucked 4 quarts of oil from 2 weeks of purchase. James Snyder and Chris Molnar have quite the scam going on…

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. The salesmen was shady. First he kind of was pissed off that I was bothering him and he more or less yelled at me when I told him let's look at the car before I give you my license for you to make a copy. Then he told me things that were untrue and blantly false. For exampe I asked for the auto check report he gave me o e sheet of paper. I then asked where was the rest of it and he told me that was all there was. I said so the last time anything was recorded on the car was 2019 and he said yes (lie). When I looked at the website prior to arriving at the dealership I looked at the report and it had many more service records post 2019. I asked him if the car had been detailed and he said absolutely. I said I don't think it was and told him why and he told me the most have overlooked it (untrue). Obviously the car had not been detailed the car was filthy. I could go on but I think you get my point. Some at your own risk.

Went in to get a new car and Chris Molnar made sure I

Went in to get a new car and Chris Molnar made sure I left with what I wanted and happy. He was amazing as well as his assistant. Had my teen daughter with me who enjoyed the experience and they treated her just great. This is my second time buying a new car from them and having a awesome customer service experience. I most definitely will be back to shop. Chris will treat you great and have you leave happy.

Great help from Mory, but horrible experience with Brady

Great help from Mory, but horrible experience with Brady financial services. He completely lied and charged us for paint and fabric. After he said all cars include it. Ya he doesn’t tell you it’s a 1700 charge! My bank pointed it out to me and when I called to take it off he raised his voice at me! I ended up not buying because they dont deserve my business.

Wonderful experience with Taylor Kia on Central Ave, and with Chris Molnar. He's a great salesman. He's kind, and very helpful. If I'd ever need another automobile, I'd definitely go back to Taylor Kia.
