Love Dave White. I've spent close to 200 grand there in 10 years and still the finance guy named Joe slipped a couple of insurance policies into my contract after I declined all. My bad for trusting people. I'm only 54 and will buy multiple vehicles in my life. Someone better step up right now and fix this. You know who I am or does this happen all the time? Believe me when I tell you the clock is ticking.

I went in to get my schedule maintenance and mentioned a problem with a tire losing air. They found a nail and repaired the tire

The service was done to my satisfaction. Was very busy with a lot of customers but was taken care of promptly Was a very nice to see smiling faces even as busy as the service dept was. Good job.

Watch the financing paperwork..They will add you savings the

Watch the financing paperwork..They will add your savings into the paperwork somewhere. Either charging you a fee for the percentage rate they quoted or not adding the correct amount down into the amount financing. This was done to me twice! Shame on me! I am now contacting the credit union and the BBB.

7 year old battery

I bought a 2013 used car from this dealership. Within 30 days of my purchase the battery died. I took the car in to Dave White's service center to make sure it wasn't anything more. They confirmed it was the battery. They also told me they couldn't tell if it was the original battery or not. They said there was no way to know. They then attempted to sell me a new battery. I said, a few times, that I couldn't believe they would sell a car with a 7 year old battery in it. I was told there was nothing they could do. I also mentioned that it was 30 days, but I guess the 30 day warranty I received meant nothing. I opted to take my car elsewhere. When I pulled in to the battery dealer, they knew right away that it was the original battery. They told me, I didn't ask. So either the service folk at DW have no idea of what they are talking about or they lied to me. Either way that is not good. This being said, the used car department did sell me a car with a 7 year old battery in it. So within 30 days of purchasing a car from here I had to pay the equivalent of 2 car payments.

Convenient. Oil was changed quickly. Car was washed. Nice waiting area. Was not pressured to buy extra things. Compliementary donuts and coffee while waiting. Easy appointment making.
