Took my truck in on 9/01 got call from 9/2Jim tell me the radio needs replacing the part was 2 days out I and could leave truck. Left truck called on 9/4 to see when it would be done and was told part would be on 9/8 took truck! Got call on 9/15 part finally in! Drop truck off again
