I was very impressed with the amount of time they spent

I was very impressed with the amount of time they spent with me as well as how accommodating they were with my request. They were very thorough, thoughtful, and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Professional, knowledgeable, always goes above and beyond I have always felt welcomed and well informed with my visit and given many options to suit my interests in a vehicle. My dealings with the service dept has always been a pleasure as well! Professional and always willing to listen and assist. I truly feel like family whenever I visit this dealership.

Easy to schedule and service was quick. I would recommend have an oil change only option in case u don’t need tires rotated.

Waited two weeks for my appointment not a problem.

Waited two weeks for my appointment not a problem. Truck went in shop 2 days later than appointment problem. Service advisor called me 1 time a day to let me know they were working on it and my truck would be done the following day. That went on for 4 days and ended up with out my truck all week missed out on a trip up north lost money. When I went to dealer to get answers and spoke with owner I was told it’s not a perfect world. Which I understand that if they were just honest at beginning I would have had time to make other arrangements. Also it was warranted work so a loaner was given in past times but not this time. I have then found out that all of the employees that have taken great care of me in the past have moved on to Alden GMC in fairhaven or retired. I gave the owner a chance to make it right nothing was done. It’s not the same Robertsons GMC I have done business with since 2013 and people need to know that.

Joshua, We take feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to take the information and improve. We need to correct several misrepresentations in this review. Your vehicle was scheduled for warranty service and as is clearly disclosed at the time of scheduling, repair timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Our service team provided daily updates in good faith based on the information available at the time. Unfortunately, warranty repairs can change once diagnostics are fully completed, which is something we explained during those updates. What is not acceptable—and what this review omits—is your behavior when you arrived at the dealership. You bypassed the service advisor who wanted to connect you with the service manager, to which you stated you wouldn't deal with him because he had previously worked at Alden and asked you not to return, entered the owner’s office uninvited, raised your voice in her personal space, and went on to lecture her about staffing situation to which you know nothing about. When a customer makes it clear they are not willing to engage respectfully, there is no productive path forward. Comments regarding former employees, their current workplace, or social media opinions are irrelevant to your service experience and have no bearing on how repairs are performed or customers are treated today. Using that information as leverage—both in person and in a public review—is inappropriate. Loaner vehicles are not guaranteed for warranty repairs and are provided based on availability and policy at the time of service. This has been consistent. Robertson’s GMC has proudly served the community for decades and continues to do so with professionalism and respect. We will not tolerate harassment or intimidation of our staff or ownership, and as such, we will not be able to service your vehicle in the future. We wish you the best elsewhere. -Blake Gardner

Excellent job playing the victim. Your performance is excellent. Must be an author in your spare time. We will let your decline in business show the truth it’s just begun. Also i would love to get my receipt from all work performed been 3 weeks the service manager must be real busy trying to find the time to get it to me like promised via email.
