Back for my yearly service yesterday and was greeted by knowledgeable and accommodating service manager Joe DeLa Cruz who gave me a first time look at the newly developed and improved dealership and its amenities. Tastefully done on top of the high quality service always makes for a very positive experience. I highly recommend Hoffman Porsche!

I had an oil change done yesterday and once again the team at Porsche went above and beyond. They accommodated a last-minute schedule change without any hassle, handled everything quickly and efficiently, and even surprised me by replacing the battery in my key fob—a thoughtful bonus that had been sitting on my to-do list. My car always comes back looking fantastic after any service, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. The lounge is also very comfortable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Top-notch service every time! Thank you Joe

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car had paint issue not disclosed when I took delivery. Also charged for protective film on doors that was not installed. I got several explanations on paperwork but no instructions up front. Overall good experience but could have been better.

I had requested a shuttle service which was readily available without wait to take me home and to bring me back to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle concern was addressed and in a timely manner as I needed my car within certain time frame. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The mechanics made sure that the car was working flawlessly before the work was completed. From the report from service manager Joshua, this required meticulous attention to wiring which presented a problem since the wiring diagram from Porsche had left out key elements and required several disassemblies to restore proper function. I am grateful for the technicians and Joshua’s attention to the car, this now working perfectly!

This service department at Hoffman has been a pleasure to deal with, always on top of there game. Ethan always responds to my calls and texts , I received a video from one of the techs showing the problem found with very explicit details, Excellent job guys!!!
