Just a couple of glitches but otherwise great. Chris Gamez was an excellent mechanic. I still have not received a quote on fixing the lock on the sliding passenger side door though.

I have been extremely happy with the service at campbell Ford dealership the next time I shop for a new Ford truck I will highly consider campbell Ford. I bought my 2021 king ranch in wayland Michigan only because of all the chip shortages at that time and no body had any inventory at that time so I jumped on it when I could but would rather have bought locally but no body had what I wanted and had one on order for almost seven months.

Very nice staff members all around, the service department made a good effort to keep me in the loop of the work being done. The dealership was well maintained and clean. And my old truck is still on the road.

First this is Stefanie's mom. Tony is the man to see. He was professional but still relatable. He answered all questions. He showed me everything that had been done. I would like to recommend Tony for a supervisory position (if he isn't already). When I need service on my Mustang I will definitely be using Campbell.
