Prompt, professional service Jacob was courteous about

Prompt, professional service Jacob was courteous about calling to verify or adjust his arrival time. He addressed all of the issues I was experiencing and explained what was wrong. He handled my vehicle gently and dealt with less than ideal working conditions.

The dealer is find it's just when I bought my used Ford

The dealer is find it's just when I bought my used Ford edge no one told me the finance charges we going to be 8.4%,, .but that was my fault for not asking till it was to late. But it won't happen again.

The staff were all Friendly, courteous, and patient.

The staff were all Friendly, courteous, and patient. Answered all my questions. I drove three different vehicles. The salesman took his time with me and I never felt rushed. He was very professional.
