Campbell Ford Lincoln has been serving the Michiana area since 1977. We have become a "fixture" in Niles over the years servicing both Southwestern Michigan and Northwestern Indiana.

We have bought 8 or 9 cars over the past 25 years.

We have bought 8 or 9 cars over the past 25 years. It has always been easy with very helpful, courteous and always professional. The last two vehicles we have bought from Erik Blad, he’s been extremely helpful, he’s very personable and makes the process smooth with good communication and responsiveness. Reached out last Thursday with what we were looking for. Within a few hours he found several options they were located at another dealership. We went to see him on Saturday morning to discuss further and test drive a like model. We showed interest and put down a small deposit as he was not sure they could get the dealership trade to bring the vehicle to where we could buy thru Erik and Campbell Ford. Tuesday morning he let us know the trade was done and would have possession of the vehicle the following day. Sure thing he texted a picture of the vehicle on his lot. Let them know we would be over at lunchtime to finalize the deal. Walked on, signed a few documents and got the keys and a good overview of the vehicle. Thanks for making this a good experience and we are very excited.

I was a little skeptical about having a service tech come

I was a little skeptical about having a service tech come to my shop and do a full service oil change, after meeting and talking to him he was very professional and completed the service in a timely and thorough manner.

Trena coordinated 2 different recalls for our fleet

Trena coordinated 2 different recalls for our fleet vehicles and it couldn't have been easier. She was friendly, super knowledgeable and was able to help us coordinate 2 different appointment dates to address the issues. Alex, the tech, who came out was also great. Kept us informed, let us know on the spot any issues he found. Overall great experience
