I have had bad issues in the past with another company.

I have had bad issues in the past with another company. Campbell has been making it very easy to not want to switch to another company. Erik is definitely a high reason we come back. The mobile service is also a super spoiling option you have. We hope to continue to be able to work together in the future.

Great experience overall.

Great experience overall. I went in for repairs, ended up needing a new car, they had exactly what I wanted and the process was quick. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and nice, I was able to get a lot accomplished over the phone, show up in person to sign, and Ronnie’s attention to detail saved me a lot of time/effort by transferring my old plates to the new car with the DMV so I could drive away legally with nothing else to do on my part. Would recommend!

Oil chg and tire rotation.

Oil chg and tire rotation. The technician spilled oil on refill on my engine. Smells terrible of burnt oil inside my truck after leaving dealership. It still stinks the day after!! ;-((

Ronald- I completely understand your frustration on this situation. As we discussed when you called once you received your truck back from us, this was a mistake made on our part and we did make a very strong effort to clean the area that was affected by this minor spill as well as explaining this mistake to you prior to you leaving. You had mentioned you were heading out of town the very next morning. When you arrive back in the area, please reach out and I would like to get the truck back in and check it over as well as perform a complimentary vent cleaning service to get rid of any lingering smell of the oil. I hope you can forgive us for this mistake and give us another shot at giving you the great service we have to offer. Best regards, Austin Davey Service Director
