Quick and efficient.
Quick and efficient. Only downside was the communication was through my parent and not me, when my name is on everything.

They said they would come and take care of the problem
They said they would come and take care of the problem and they did. They showed up when they said they would and came to my parking lot so I didn't have to take the vehicle in. That was nice.

The service department always takes great care of my
The service department always takes great care of my truck. Campbell is the only place my F150 goes for service. I greatly appreciate that when asked the service manager lets me know what services will be needed in the future. For instance, my tires are fine for now, but will probably need to be replaced before next winter. This will be a big expense, and it gives me time to plan.
