Im young(ish). This is the largest amount of money spanning multiple payments that I have committed to. Auto Park Ford was patient as I took the time to understand and think about this committment, and they answered my questions, even though I probably asked some multiple times hah. Their help in finding options that would suit my needs was immaculate. The speed and effeciency to cement the deal, after I had finally decided on pursuing it, was very timely, and I am very appreciative of both Andrew Eger and Amy Mueller. The process by nature did take a moment. Maybe I am more easygoing and less pressuring in the usual quirks of business; Id recommend everyone be that way. Although if time is of the essence, be upfront about your expectations and your experience will soar. Despite any percieved negatives (I didnt percieve any), the warm environment and team community proffered by Auto Park Ford melted away the time and concerns this situation will at times create. they treat you well and try to be as accomidating as possible. they also make sure the cars interior stays clean by covering seat steering wheel and floor

Stopped in on short notice for routine service and got right in. Krystal greeted me with a welcoming smile and listen to my concerns. When the vehicle was ready, Rick covered everything that they did and showed me some things I would need to be thinking about down the road. I really trust this service department.

Because they are very nice people there very clean met atmosphere and my daughter works there got an oil change and front end inspection and didn't need no work on it like somebody else told me I needed a bunch of work on it they are now I'll just submit it see if it goes through
