An outstanding group of people to work with.

An outstanding group of people to work with. They are professional, and helpful in every way possible. I had the 100,000mi service plus a couple other fixes that needed to be done, and they had me in the service bay within a week, and it only took a couple of days for everything to be done (the plus was what took extra). I would recommend Bell Chevrolet any time for service, or purchase of a new vehicle. Thanks

Personal auto service from dealership

Drove right into service receiving bay. Fresh donuts and coffee in waiting area. Multiple phone charging stands next to comfy chairs. TV or magazines to read. Service rep explained all before paying - both right in waiting area. Washed and warm car waiting indoors for me to drive off. Very professional.

Greg Bell of Adrian is by far the best around. Excellent customer service and fantastic people to deal with. Tim Bovee made purchasing my vehicle an enjoyable experience. He goes above and beyond to help find what you need. Service Department is very helpful and gets the job done right. Scott in the service department is wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership!!

I have been buying cars for 50 years and my experience at Bell Chevrolet/Cadillac Adrian was the most satisfying experience of all my car buying years. Jason Kolhruss was my salesman, he knows his vehicles, he has been selling cars for 15 years, the last 11 years for Bell Chevrolet. I started my car buying experience by responding to an internet ad on Carguru, I was contacted by Jason Kohlruss the next morning. The vehicle I was interested in was a 2021 GMC Denali Crew Cab with 13,720 miles on it.. Jason answered all my questions and even gave me a complete build sheet on the vehicle, something I hadn't even thought to ask for. When I arrived for the test drive, the vehicle was ready and waiting for me to drive. The vehicle was in pristine condition, only thing I found wrong was a tonneau cover strap was broken. Loved the truck and told Jason I was interested in purchasing it. I spent 3 weeks researching vehicles in both Ohio where I live and across the border in Michigan. During this 3 week search I learn several important things. Jason at Bell Chevrolet informed me that pricewise things have changed since I last bought a vehicle 5 years ago. Bell Chevrolet uses a value pricing approach, the price they quote is the price period, there is no haggling over price, no 30 minutes of negotating, I found this is true of the other 4 Michigan dealers I visited as well. What a great way to sell cars. In Ohio, this is not true the two Ohio dealers I visited are still old school they mark the vehicle up 10% and then it is up to you to know how to get to the minimium price they will accept. I will never buy another car in Ohio, I definitely prefer the Michigan dealer way. A couple of other tips, Carguru is the best site by far, Carguru has the most vehicle listings and the best format and vehicle information, including pricing information. Always check the dealer rating, I will not consider any dealership that has less than a 4 star rating, if a dealer has 2.2 stars this tells you past customers were unhappy, why take a chance on you being the next unhappy customer. Last use Kelly Blue Book to determine the vehicle value, you want to use the private party price. The Michigan dealers value price will be within $500 of the High-end of the Private Party Price. This was true of the 4 vehicles that I looked at 4 different Michigan dealers(all 4star to 4.9star.) Ok, to wrap up Jason Kohlruss is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He communicated promptly and provide more information than I asked for, he sincerely wants to help you find the right vehicle that you will enjoy owning. He is a NO PRESSURE salesman, that wants to provide you the information and test drive and let you make the decision if this is the vehicle for you. I bought the GMC Canyon from Jason and Bell Chevrolet on 1/3/24. I paid $37,500 and they provided a 12month/12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that cost Bell Cherovlet $500, the asking price on the vehicle was $38,000 and the Private Party Kelly Blue Book was $38,089. If you are looking for a great easy to work with and attentive salesman then see Jason Kohlruss at Bell Chevrolet in Adrian, Michigan. Jason will bend over backwards to make your vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. And Bell Chevrolet will give you a reasonable price and a large selection of vehicles. Oh, Bell Chevrolet/Cadillac Adrian's had a 4,7Star rating when I first contacted them, I see on this site Bell Chevrolet Adrian has a 4.9Star dealership rating. Good luck will your vehicle search, you can't go wrong with Jason Kohlruss and Bell Chevrolet/Cadillac Adrian!!
