Your sales staff (especially)Tim Wesolowski @ Heritage Ford) provided all the information we required to make an informed decision. There was no xx (as with other dealers in ME, NH, MA and/or western CT), just rock-solid answers to all our questions, or provided all the answers to any question that were not fully explained. In our opinion, the final price wasn't bad either. Alexis Long was the most professional Finance Director or Closer we've ever run a crossed prior to walking out the door - with our new to us, used 2023 Ford F-150 XLT vehicle.

Joe in the service department was great.
Joe in the service department was great. I called the day after a big storm because my plow stopped working. even though they were super busy he said to bring it in and they would look at. Joe was very polite and professional. The service tech who worked on the plow diagnosed the problem quickly and I was up and running in no time. would highly recommend their service department.
