I have purchased 2 vehicles within the last 12 month period from heritage valley Ford, Putnam. I received a recall on one of my trucks and I had the experience of meeting/dealing with their service department. I have to stress the professionalism, knowledge and timely manner in which my appointment was handled was phenomenal. Mark, Kyle and Hannah were personally who I dealt with and I got to say I am extremely impressed!! It's nice to receive the service from a staff of people in this day in age that doesn't just try to get through their day, they took the time to explain the process with smiles!! There was no xx (as with other dealers in ME, NH, MA and/or western CT), just rock-solid answers to all our questions, or provided all the answers to any question that were not fully explained. In our opinion, the final price wasn't bad either. Alexis Long was the most professional Finance Director or Closer we've ever run a crossed prior to walking out the door - with our new to us, used 2023 Ford F-150 XLT vehicle.
