I am so pleased with the purchase of my 2020 F150.

I am so pleased with the purchase of my 2020 F150. Thanks to Jim Chapman who was great to work with and made it so easy and helpful in buying this truck. I would definitely recommend going to Bell Ford for your next purchase of a new or used vehicle.

They do not inspect their use vehicles if they do

Recently my daughter bought AF150 from the dealership they told her that they had a full inspection on the vehicle in a vehicle drives it off the lot engine light comes on within 10 miles all sorts of noise underneath the front end within 2 weeks take it in needs over $3000 worth of front end work the trucks in poor shape my daughter's 21 years old ha just had a baby she's trying to get her life together and they sell her the biggest piece of xxxx there I would not recommend this dealership for anything they do not do an inspection if you did this truck would not have passed

Oil change tire rotation took about 1hour and 45 minutes. Way to long

Front desk people were very friendly and when having...

Front desk people were very friendly and when having questions regarding an issue on my vehicle, I got a very descriptive detail of what was causing the issue. Then the person who runs the body shop took his time with me describing the paint that I have on my vehicle and what to do. All around very friendly people to work with.
