The dealership always does a good job with my vehicle. Service representative, Stephen Nicholson, and serviceman Todd always keep me informed on what has been done and what needs to be done. They are very prompt and I feel that they go out of their way to be sure that I have gotten good service.

"I never thought I would say or type these words.
"I never thought I would say or type these words... 'I had the distinct pleasure of buying a new car the other day, at McGrath's Jeep dealership in Cedar Rapids.' YES, a pleasure buying a car at a dealership!! Here's how it went down: My sister, Vicky C, had recently bought a used hybrid Jeep and recommended Treyton (Trey) McCauley, the sales consultant who helped her out. We initially thought about getting a plug-in hybrid, but Trey showed us that the incentives and deals for a full EV were just too good to pass up. Plus, the plug-in options weren't really doing it for us, and anything we liked would have had to be ordered from the factory, meaning a long wait. Right from the start, the vibe was super relaxed. Trey, Joe, and the rest of the team were just being themselves, making the whole experience enjoyable and pressure-free. Trey really took the time to talk with us, asking what we were looking for and actually listening to what we wanted. No hard sell tactics, which was a breath of fresh air. In the end, we landed on the Jeep Wagoneer S, a full EV, and I’m pretty excited about it. They even gave us the choice between EV charging credits or a level 2 charger for home (though we'd have to cover installation, which can run $800-$1500). Getting used to all the tech is a trip—like the fisheye camera that looks like a drone shot when you're backing up. And wow, with 500 HP, this thing can hit 99 mph before you know it! I'm definitely learning to be a bit more gentle on the pedal. Oh, and funny story—we forgot to bring a $350 coupon they sent us. When we went back after the 4th of July holiday, they happily honored it, which was awesome. It just showed they care about the customer experience and aren’t just out to squeeze every penny from you. Honestly, this whole thing has changed my view of car dealerships. No sleazy vibes here—just good people. Now, as new Jeep owners, we're figuring out the whole charging schedule thing. Luckily, we’ve got more charging stations around the SW side of Cedar Rapids than we thought. So yeah, if you're in the market, I’d totally recommend checking them out!"
