Very disappointed in the new customer service!
Bought a used Ford explorer. Was told it had been through their inspection process. Heater regulator did not work, the cabin air filter was so disgusting that we replaced it. Vehicle was purchased during a weekend of sales event and should have had all these additional perks. We still haven?t got them. Tried calling to get them and got the run around. Vehicle only came with one key and they want us to pay $300 for a second. Not to mention we can?t change the remote door like code because we don?t know what it is set to. The card that should be in the glove box that has it on it is missing and they want us to pay to scan the Cecile to retrieve it.
