Any time I've brought my car in for servicing it's always been fixed properly and professionally. I regret that I am moving out of state and will have to find someone else to service my car.

Chose your dealership just because it was close by and very glad I did. I was treated with courtesy and respect and informed of the process every step of the way. They took the time to research the problem and brought my attention to a service bulletin that covered almost all of the repair costs. A $700 estimate was reduced to $135. More than pleased with that outcome. Still planning to hold on to that vehicle for a while and this is definitely the place to go for service. The service manager, Brian, was exceptional, a real gentleman. Never made me feel like a "dumb female". It's been my experience being treated that way in Mendon. I refuse to go there for that reason.
