I would give one star if that was possible because I have
I would give one star if that was possible because I have had the worst experience buying a car through Allen Chevrolet of Monroe. Their sales manager, Nolan Kinchsular, is the reason why people do not trust used car sales men. He will tell you all the ways he’s going to fix the problem, but with absolutely no follow through followed by ghosting your calls. DO NOT go to Allen Chevrolet, and I will tell you why. They took over our Chevy Silverado lease when we purchased a vehicle from them, but they wouldn’t pay a $418 bill GM sent us 3 months after we signed all the paperwork. They sold us a car with locking lug nuts and no key to remove them. The magnaride struts ($500-$600 a piece) were found to be bad within days of purchasing the vehicle. All fo the tires needed to be replaced. And to top if off, the transmission had to be replaced within a month or two of purchasing the vehicle. Despite the vehicle still being under a power train warranty, I have yet to hear if they are going to cover any of the cost of the transmission replacement. This was actually the short version of our bad experience. The Stated Attorney General’s Office, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Better Business Bureau will be getting the more detailed version. All in all, we wasted hours on the phone getting no where and spent at least 7k in repairs and we bought the car in the beginning of April 2025.

I was a cash buyer but threw them a bone and financed for 3 months. They hit my credit report 3 TIMES. I run a business and to have 3 HARD hits it totally unacceptable. When I inquired as to why I was told "I wanted to get you the best interest rate" I was like I WAS A CASH BUYER and paying the loan off in 3 months. Why would I care about the interest rate. He is like oh once they give you the loan they will remove the inquiry so clearly he has NO CLUE about credit.

Hello, we appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. That said, we’d like to clarify a few things that might help provide context: When a customer opts to finance—even for a short term like 3 months—it’s in their best interest for us to shop multiple lenders to secure the most competitive rate. That process can result in a few hard inquiries, but credit scoring models (like FICO and VantageScore) typically treat multiple auto loan inquiries made within a 14–45 day window as a single inquiry. This is known as the “rate shopping window,” and it’s designed to protect consumers while they look for the best deal. Three inquiries during this window generally have minimal impact on your score, especially for someone with strong credit like yourself. And while we respect that you intended to pay it off quickly, we still aim to get the best terms possible in case plans change. We're always open to helping explain the process better. Thank you again for the feedback! Best, Michael Allen General Manager
Well typically means nothing as a business owner that relies on his credit score. Also 3 hard hits you think is acceptable to save me what 100.00 in 3 months with over 800 credit score? WFBNA AUTO (Bank)May 13, 2025 ASSOCIATED B (Bank)May 13, 2025 ALLEN CHEVY (Auto)May 13, 2025 So you helped me greatly securing me an amazing 7.79% RATE AT OVER AN 800 CREDIT SCORE! Wonder who gets a kickback?

This is the worst Cadillac dealership to buy a vehicle
This is the worst Cadillac dealership to buy a vehicle from. I purchased a 2022 Escalade from them and had it shipped to my residence via semi-truck. Upon taking delivery of vehicle I noticed the floor mats are missing, the engine compartment had mud and dust all over it like it was in a sand storm, and the front driver and passenger door speakers were blown out. I immediately contacted the dealership the next morning. I was told by salesman Mike Johnson not to worry, and he'll make things right. I trusted Mike with his words. He said he will ship me new floor mats which I thought was very kind of him and excellent customer service, and he said he would contact my local Cadillac dealer to schedule service for the speakers. However, after so many phone calls to inquire on his promises, I received some off brand floor mats from my Amazon driver instead of original Cadillac mats, I was totally ignored when inquiring about the speakers. Furthermore, I reached out to Mike's Manager Nolen who was the Sales Manager to see if maybe he can be of assistance. Guess what! Nolen as a manager was no help as well, he tried to blackmail me by saying he'll send me new mats if I remove my one star reviews. Well Nolen, I would rather have the public know what kind of operation you guys are running there than to get floor mats. You guys are a joke of a dealership. YOU CAN KEEP YOUR FLOOR MATS!!!!!

Gary, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you feel this way. However, we'd like to clarify a few important facts for the sake of transparency. After your concerns were brought to our attention, our General Sales Manager personally spent over an hour with you on the phone, listening to your frustrations, walking through your warranty coverage, and even coordinating with your local Cadillac dealer to ensure your vehicle would be properly serviced. While we did offer to send additional floor mats, we never once engaged in blackmail. We simply asked that if we go above and beyond to resolve your concerns, you consider updating your review to reflect that effort—something that's fair in any customer service interaction. We’ve made every reasonable attempt to address your issues with integrity and urgency. While we respect your right to leave a review, it’s disappointing to see our extensive efforts go unmentioned and unappreciated. We wish you all the best moving forward. Nolan Kinchsular General Sales Manager

I visited Allen Chevrolet on March 24th and March 25th.
I visited Allen Chevrolet on March 24th and March 25th. I met with a sales rep. (leaving out the name on purpose) and viewed a Yukon XL, Tahoe, and Suburban. After the test drive and talking with the sales rep, I decided to negotiate on the Tahoe and bring my wife and family up the early afternoon of the 25th, for her to test drive and make sure it was the right fit for her. The plan was to come home on the 25th with the Tahoe. Long story short the vehicle wasn’t the right fit, due to body damage that wasn't seen the day before from how dirty the vehicle was. After discussing this plan on the 24th with the sales rep we shook hands, both thinking that the next day I would have a new vehicle, and he would have a sale. I started to leave. Upon exiting Allen's South door, I seen their fence gate on the South side of the building was opened and propped against my driver's side Truck door. I took a photo of it, went inside, told and showed the sales rep what happened. He asked for my keys and took it back to the body shop to see if the scratches would buff out, but this didn’t work. Long story short we spoke over txt about how to come to an agreement to get this situation resolved. I have these texts if anyone would like to view them. The issue is these talks were attempted to be held under the pretense that my truck will only be repaired by Allen if I was purchasing a vehicle from them…. This alone is wrong and a disgusting way to do business. Due to Allens negligence to properly secure their fence gate I now have scratches on the side of my 24 Tundra. I have attempted multiple calls to Mike and John Allen to get this resolved. I have even sent an email explaining the situation in detail. Needless to say, I will never attempt to do business here again. I am currently researching how to subpoena one of the owners to small claims court to get this settled.

Hi gib877, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to address your concerns directly and honestly. When the gate came into contact with your truck, our team responded immediately. We brought your vehicle to our body shop and buffed the affected area at no charge, significantly improving the appearance. This was done as a courtesy and in an effort to make things right in the moment. In addition, we offered a $500 discount on the vehicle you were actively considering — not as an admission of liability, but as a goodwill gesture tied to your potential purchase. It was never presented as a standalone offer for compensation or repair outside of that context. We understand you and your wife ultimately chose not to move forward with the vehicle, which is entirely your decision. However, we acted quickly and professionally throughout this process and made every reasonable effort to resolve the situation. We are still open to solutions that are fair and reasonable for both parties. Please feel free to reach out directly if you'd like to continue the conversation. Thank you, Joshua Wright Sales Manager Allen Chevrolet Cadillac (734) 621-4759
