Not often you can have pleasant review when dealing with car problems . Michelle in the quicklane went above and beyond to make what could have been an agonizing afternoon as pleasant as possible and went above and beyond in customer service . I had my pup with me they brought him out water. There was tv, internet they even offered my snacks. Again thank you for saving me from tremendous stress and making car service a pleasant experience .

My sister always drove Fords. She liked the brand. I seriously considered buying a Ford the last time I purchased a car. I went with another brand because the MPG was a little bit better. It was a tough decision.

I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. I was told the testing could take all day so I requested a Rent-A-Car only to be told , " we don't have any ". So what am I supposed to do, sit here and twiddle my thumbs all day about a situation I am not responsible for? I would've never had this problem at the dealership in Barrington.
