RAM TRUCK

Been looking for a truck for a couple or months I finally went into Golling Chrysler Dodge in Chelsea after reviewing their inventory online. I Met Mark Greulich,a sales associate told Mark what I was looking for in a truck. With in two weeks he found what was looking for

just bought a truck

our salesman Mark Greulich was very helpful if we buy again it will be with Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram of Chelsea. The finance person Myles Harris was also very pleasant to work with. Never had an experience where I felt rushed. Golling Chrysler will have our business from now on. Everywhere else we have bought a vehicle we were pressured and not here. Great people

Excellent interaction, great experiwnce

Very attentive and patient throughout the buying process. Knowledgeable answers to all questions, and exercised patience when requested to adjust lease details to fit needs. Helpful with getting features added to vehicle to suit all needs/wants. Overall great experience, will definitely continue to stick with this dealership for future maintenance, service, and future vehicle purchase needs.

Good experience overall!

I had to wait until the last day of truck month incentives to actually be able to visit the dealership. The staff is very friendly, informative and patient even given the zoo they've been dealing with for days wrapping up truck month. They listened to what I wanted and gave me the best treatment I've had over 8 years of leasing. I felt that their coordination between members of their team was superior, left hand certainly chived with the right hand and made things much more smooth. We have another lease ending within a years time, I will be contacting Golling in the future.

Very Helpful

This was my first experience buying a vehicle and Mark made the process very easy and straight forward. He kept me in the loop when the price of the vehicle dropped as I was deciding between multiple dealerships. I would recommend Golling to friends and family.

Great experience!

Shaun was absolutely amazing and dealt with a lot of requests and changes from us. Dustin did everything he could to get us the pricing we needed and he got as close as he possibly could. Great experience. They value honesty and being upfront with customers which is what we loved most.

Amazing!! Best experience in car buying!!

It was amazing walking into this dealership. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. And my salesman was awesome! He knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into anything!

Used car dealership

Went in to buy a used explorer I had inquired about online, I wasn't notified that the used car dealership was a completely different building , but when I arrived the SUV was ready for a test drive. I had intended on trading my car in, I was upside down on my loan so I anticipated a much higher payment even some finance issues. To make it shorter, I was denied the explorer because it had over 100k miles. The salesman asked me about another vehicle , which was more money but less miles. I entertained the idea, I was looking for third row seating and the other vehicle had it but I told him I had my heart set on the explorer. The night we were declined the explorer they pulled my credit and my husband's over 10 times. He called to let me know we could get the other vehicle on trade in with a substantial down payment, enough that covered the remainder on my loan. I asked him to run the credit again without the trade in, just to see if I could get the explorer. He told me specifically I was denied again on the explorer even without a trade in , but that I had been approved on the other vehicle with a small down payment. Fast forward to a few days later and I got an explorer elsewhere with right around the same mileage (112k ) but much less, the salesman calls and I explained thay I got one and was no longer searching. I said it was weird, cause I got the explorer with over 100k miles easily without the trade in, he said to me " I could have gotten you in the explorer without a trade in too, had I ran it that way" although my experience wasn't that bad at that dealership it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way that my credit had been pulled so many times , and that he wouldn't get me in the explorer. He told me without a trade in I still couldn't get it but could get the more expensive car , then turns around and tells me he never ran it for the explorer. I just didn't appreciate the lying and trying to get me into the more expensive vehicle despite me telling him I was set on the explorer. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend and I myself won't be returning for any reason.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE

I did not make an appointment to test drive, went in on a Saturday and was greeted by Ray. The showroom was extremely busy but not a single salesman passed by without greeting me. I did not wait long before the Charger I was asking about was pulled right up for me to drive. Upon my return from my test drive I was checked on again by Ray and both Sales manager and General Manager, who let me drive the Compass as well. Ray spent plenty of time with me to help me decide which option would best suit my needs and then stayed late after close to walk me through all of the features on my new Charger

Buying the perfect Jeep

Had a wonderful experience purchasing the Jeep. Ray Sweet and his associates made the process very easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Would recommend this dealership to all and will definitely be going here for future purchases.
