2013 F-150 Lariat

I purchased my 2013 F-150 Lariat pick up. Chris was my salesman and was very very knowledgeable about this vehicle. From the onset i was very particular about how i wanted the truck set up, from the rear end ratio to tow package to equipment. My biggest concern was the ability of the truck to tow my camper, Chris was very helpful in answering my concerns and convincing me that the eco-boost was the way to go. My New Baby

Great service

Chris Del Bianco was so knowledgable and helpful! He really made buying a car a pleasure. I love my ford fiesta and I would recommend maguire to everyone looking to buy a car.

What a pleasant experience!

I just purchased my fifth car from Maguire Ford. That may not seem like many, but I keep my cars for 7 to 8 years! Yes, they last a long time. I am always nervous coming in, but Alan M. set me at ease right away. I had questions about an automatic, since I have always driven a standard, but again Alan gave me the information I needed. My silver Focus sedan has been a joy to drive (and show off) the past two days. Perhaps some of the most fun has been using my phone through the car system! I have a little trouble referring to Alan as the Bald Headed Butcher, but he certainly is a gentleman! I have shared the beautiful flowers he gave me with Quilters Corner for our Shop Hop which starts today. In fact another staff member just got a new car (somewhere else) and said, "I didn't get flowers!" Oh yes, the pastries were yummy! I appreciate the followup phone call---sorry I missed it---I was off driving my new car! No, Al, I did not sleep in the car the first night, but I could. It is quite comfortable. Thanks Alan and thanks to your very nice person who set up my phone, phone book, and did the quick tutorial on the console. Now I am looking forward to my first road trip to visit my daughters in Albany and Boston.

Great Sales Experience

I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Ryan at Maguire Ford and am very pleased with my sales experience. A couple of months ago my daughter purchased a vehicle from Ryan and we enjoyed our sales experience then and I told him that I would be back in to look at purchasing a truck. When I went in to look at the trucks I was looking at the Ford F250 because I want to get a camper to go camping in the future. I talked with Ryan and told him what I was going to use the truck for and we test drove some of the trucks including the F150. The test drives were great and Ryan explained everything about the trucks. After the test drives we discussed again what I planned on using the truck for and I ended up ordering an F150 with the V6 ecoboost engine and a max trailer towing package. After ordering the truck Ryan was promoted to another location but he still came back to finish the deal we had. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I was very pleased with the whole buying process that I truly did feel like a part of the Maguire family.

The baldheaded butcher

I spent a great deal of time researching Ford Focus hatchbacks, it was time to down size. After months of searching I stumbled upon Maguire...Lets just say from the start the process was not only successful but rewarding and entertaining. Allen the baldheaded butcher was fortunate to answer the phone when I called to inquire about the focuses on-line. Not only were they 1500 dollars cheaper then most, they had considerably less miles. "To good to be true?". WELL NO. He willingly held the car for me as I mentioned I would be up the next day. After traveling 55 miles the car was waiting... And yes I asked him if he really was a butcher! He was right you won't forget that!. Truthfully that helped me remember his name, but the experience is really what I will remember. He was patient (ask him, we came prepared with questions, lots and time to negotiate) accommodating and entertaining. Buying a car can be a very daunting, but Allen Mathews and the Maguire team offered stellar service, a quality product and an experience that we will soon not forget. It truly is people that make the experience better and the Maguire team and especially your baldheaded butcher (Allen Mathews) definitely made our experience worth the drive and the time. On top of all of this I was surprisingly able to take my new car home that day, you could imagine my surprise and that too only took a short time. It is obvious that this family dealership knows what they are doing and has a great foundation...I am confident they will be around the next time I need something. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing Customer Service at Maguire

I had an amazing experience at Maguire. My sales consultant, Nicholas Vorhis was AMAZING!!! He knew exactly what I wanted. They also offer a 3 day money back guarantee if I am not happy with my new vehicle. Everyone in the dealership was friendly! If I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will be coming back to Maguire. Nick did a great job! I would recommend anyone come to Maguire if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Bought new 2014 Escape

Michelle Hecht was a great salesperson. No pressure. Went above and beyond searching for particular vehicle I was interested in. Very friendly and always accommodating. I would highly recommend her to others. Also, like idea of 3 day return option. Not seen at other dealerships.

new fusion for my daughter

Michele was very responsive to my needs. Most of the transaction was completed over the internet prior to my arrival from Louisiana. I felt comfortable that my daughter would be in good hands while she is attending Ithaca College. It is my desire that by purchasing a car from this dealership, my daughter will receive the vehicle maintenance needed on her car. The dealership was nice and clean!

Michele was great with service and got me into a car in a very short period of time explained everything very well. would recommend her to other people as a great sales person. Michele made this a pleaseable experience.
