Excellent service!

Excellent service! Very professional and helpful explaining everything. Used shuttle service both ways. This is an awesome service to have as I didn't have to find someone to pick me up or drop me off . Very pleased with Johnson Ford

Service was done quickly and efficiently.

Service was done quickly and efficiently. I was given ride service home and return to dealership for vehicle pickup. All work was completed and vehicle is running like new again.

My mechanic Bill did a great job finding the cause of my

My mechanic Bill did a great job finding the cause of my problem, which was mice chewing wires causing a short. This was done in a very quick time frame (one day), and he kept me informed as he looked for the problem. I thought this was a FANTSTIC job by the mechanics at Johnson Ford. This dealership is very professional in the way they go about their work. I have a great trust in them. Jim Ferere

I brought my 2021 Escape in for a recall inspection of

I brought my 2021 Escape in for a recall inspection of the door bolts. The appointment was made easily and a shuttle was immediately available to take me home. I got a phone call when the work was finished. The shuttle showed up five minutes later to take me back to the service department. My paperwork was ready for me. The tech explained what had been done. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.

After telling them many time about my extended warranty.

After telling them many time about my extended warranty.they started work and look for price approval when I ask about my extended warranty they seem to know nothing about it .ti find out they don't take my warranty if I knew that I would of gone somewhere else right off the bat
