Made appointment and they were on time. Very comfortable waiting area. Kyle and Jason in service are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have been coming here for about 5 years now. They have always given me great respect and service.

My service representative Jason was very professional and helpful. I was able to call in and speak with him about my problem with the Wrangler he schedule the appointment the next day. The problem was repaired the same day in budget. I purchased the Wrangler from another dealer who was unable to schedule an appoint for 3 weeks. Village is now my new Jeep dealer.

I serviced my car here and overall it was not a good

I serviced my car here and overall it was not a good experience. Poor customer service, the majority of the employees that I came in contact with in the service department were very unhelpful and did not try to help solve my problem. Ended up only doing an oil change and tire rotation and I will not come back. Prices above average and very little attention to customer satisfaction.

Just Leased a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe.

Just Leased a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. The Sales Mgr. performed experienced & professional. Saleperson left some values to be desired. She didn't know the Lease Breakdowns & was careless with my credit card I used to make the down payment. Setting expectations and knowing the details of the lease deal were lacking. If it wasn't for the Sales Mgr. (RB) this rating would even be lower.

I had a great experience buying tires and having them

I had a great experience buying tires and having them installed at this dealership for Dodge Ram. They had the best price and were very helpful regarding setting up the install. Jason Phillips was my contact and was extremely helpful and attentive before and during the install. I will go back to this dealership for all my needs.
