Best Vehicle Buying Experience

I came in on a Saturday to discuss vehicle options available to me. Having been a long time import buyer, I was skeptical about giving Chevrolet a chance. I was blown away with both the professionalism and product knowledge demonstrated by Jeff Lore. I was pleased with the ease of doing business with Jeff Lore and Mark Chevrolet. I will definitely be back to renew my lease with Jeff and Mark Chevrolet in three years!

Great Experience....

I had a great experience here, Larry Saxton, (my salesperson), was very helpful, and knowledgeable, and knew what questions to ask me to make sure that I got Exactly what I wanted. Even set up my Blue Tooth for me. I will be back.

Good Sales Crew, Lousy Service Department

I have had problems with the service department and don't really trust the service part of the dealership. I have bought two vehicles from them and my issues with service make me hesitant to go back. On the other hand the sales crew is definitely above average. The thing that means the most to me is that they remember me when I come in, not very many places where the sales crew cares enough remember their customers.

100% satisfaction at Mark Chevrolet. My new Impala purchase was made easy from the first time I stepped in the showroom until i drove off the Lot. I have already recommended Mark Chevrolet to my sister and Aunt ,who are in the Market for new cars.

Quick, efficient buying experience

I did all of my leg work on the phone/internet so when I got to the dealer, everything was ready to go and I was in and out in no time.

Positive Experience

No pressure, easy to work with, addressed all my concerns with the van I was purchasing and gave me a great deal on my trade-in. Definitely recommend!

Good people

I had a good experience. I felt a little rushed, but my salesman was kind. I've had a couple immediate problems with my car after purchase, between $500-$1000 worth of fixes. I guess that's what comes with the territory of purchasing used though.
