Ethan was a great help.
Ethan was a great help. We stopped by to check out a car, knowing we aren't ready, are preparing for the future. They let us test drive the specific car we came to see with no hassle or pressure. When we are ready we plan to make another visit. Thank you.

Cheyenne was great to work with, but the dealership it's
Cheyenne was great to work with, but the dealership it's self had wrong information on website and told me wrong information about the Suv that I bought. They said it had remote start. It did not. They said it had AWD. It did not. I did not find out that it didn't have these 2 things until after I signed papers. When I asked about it. A man told me I can't always believe their website page. Otherwise they 2 ladies I worked with were great. Just alot of miss information. Should have correct info on website because it is called false advertisement otherwise.

My wife and I went to the dealership to see a truck that
My wife and I went to the dealership to see a truck that I saw in auto-trader. Ryan met us around 6pm and showed us the truck. He went over the features of the truck. My wife struggled with how high the truck was off the ground. Ryan showed us a different truck that we both liked. We talked pricing and came to terms that were acceptable for me. All around we had a good time with the purchase. The dealership is a couple hours away from our home but they were accommodating to our schedule for all our needs. Ryan is a nice guy that projects confidence and good attitude.

Update: Eric reached out to me after I wrote this review.
Update: Eric reached out to me after I wrote this review. He offered to trade in my vehicle for something else with a warranty attached. While I appreciate him contacting me, I explained that this solution does not work for me as I cannot afford to have an additional loan with my previous one rolled in, nor do I have the money to purchase a warranty. Additionally, I am not comfortable purchasing another vehicle from Alphorn Ford given my experience. I explained I would like for Alphorn Ford to cover the remaining balance of my vehicle loan. Eric told me there is nothing else he can do to help me. I requested to speak to someone else, and he told me Kevin Hoyt would be calling me today, 9/5. Kevin did not call me, I tried calling and emailing him with no luck. I cannot accept a "solution" that involves spending more money. My dog is extremely sick, and every spare penny I have goes to his vet bills. He is my best friend, and I would rather have him than a car. When selling me the vehicle, Ryan bragged about how much money he makes, and good for him, I'm sure he has worked hard to get to where he is. However, it deeply saddens me to know that a portion of his paycheck comes at the expense of someone like me. I am just a regular person--I work hard and live paycheck to paycheck. I just want to move on from this experience and enjoy life with my dog for whatever healthy years he has left. I will wait to hear from Kevin and hopefully he can help me. I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from Ryan Alexander at Alphorn Ford in March of 2025. I started having problems with it 1 month after purchase and it was in and out of the shop due to the check engine light coming on repeatedly. Initially, I wasn't too upset about this as I am aware that used cars aren't perfect. However, at the end of June (3 months after purchase) the car would not start. I had it towed to a mechanic who said the timing chain had slipped and bent the valves and the engine had absolutely no compression. I reached out to Ryan and Mark Geiger to let them know about the situation hoping they could help. Ryan said that if I could get the car back to them (I am currently in Colorado, as is the vehicle), we could do a trade. It has now been over a month since I initially reached out, and I cannot get an answer about what the trade would be, when it could happen, etc. I have called and emailed to follow up many times, and either I don't get any response or I get non-response stringing me along. This whole situation is devastating. I now have an $11,000 auto loan on a vehicle I can't drive. I can't afford another car, have had to miss work, and cannot sleep due to the stress. I will be filing a dealership complaint, as well as researching other avenues that may be able to help me. I am so disappointed, as at first it seemed like the dealership genuinely wanted to help, but I no longer think that's the case.

We traveled to Alphorn ford to look at an F-250 for pulling our camper. Upon arriving we met Ryan and he showed us a couple different models and we took each for a test drive. We talked about the pros and cons of each vehicle and the talked pricing. I believe that we were offered a fair deal on our trade in and we purchased an F-250 lariat with the FX-4 package. Ryan comes across as a confident person that my wife and I enjoyed working with.
