Oil change
They don't change the oil when I told to do so! And I would have to change the oils again. Also there is something wrong with my car that they didn't fix it.

I love coming to this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I especially like the shuttle van to take me home and pick me up. They usually repair my vehicle the first time.

My car buying experience
This is my third car purchase with Cueter Chrysler within the last three years. I have been helped by Ben Heusel for each purchase. Ben is wonderful to work with, he has great knowledge of Chrysler's inventory and options and he will take the time to talk to you about them. I have and will recommend Cueter Chrysler and more importantly Ben Heusel to all of my friends and coworkers.

Some trouble, but everything was worked out.
I had brought in 2 vehicles with keyfob issues several months ago in order to get new keyfobs. Was told at the time that they were out of stock, but that they would be ordered and they'd notify me when they came in. Finally, around Thanksgiving I needed to have one of the vehicles serviced again and when I asked about the keyfob, they didn't know about it. After a couple of weeks looking into it, we were finally able to get everything worked out. They were very good about making sure that I knew what was going on and that they would figure out what went wrong and make it right. Very pleased with the final outcome.

Oil Change
Oil change went fast, approx. 1/2 hour, computer system in dealership was down so they were not able to print out my paperwork. Service area appears to be very cramped due to other dealership service areas I've visited in the past. Jim who was my salesman who sold me my 2014 Dodge Charger RT was a great. I will be buying my daughters car from this dealership in the next 6 months.

Small Warranty Work
I brought my car in to have a few minor things repaired. The tech who checked me in looked to see if there were any known issues with the car and found one that I had forgotten about (because it only acts up in the snow and ice). They made sure to get everything including this repaired. I was out in the snow and ice for the first time this year and grateful that they had taken the initiative to get it done (and save me the extra trip I would have had to make, if I had had to rediscover it on my own).
